I had to spend an entire night trying to pry those spines out of his face while getting clawed to fuck by a very angry little kitty. I remember the numerous times he would catch a bird and then bring it into the house only to let it go while he laided down on the living room chair and watched the bird freak out flying around the house.

There are probably a hundred moments like that in the life of your friends and now they are just memories. Shit sucks to be desu.

Their lives are so short compared to ours that the worry and stress of knowing they will die before us can keep you up at night. But at the same time they are so uniquely KOT that not having them in your life seems like a loss on your part.
