i mean who in NXT do you think can actually jump into the world title scene immediately? the closest is maybe blake or jacy but i wouldn't go that far with either of them yet.
besides stephanie and liv, from this list, asuka, becky, iyo, rhea, and maybe raquel could hold a world title. and none are good on the mic besides becky. they'd have to bring over bliss or something if you want a promo based feud.

Rhea got dangerously close to becoming reign of terror era HHH or Jarrett with her constant title matches that even casuals began souring on it and they intentionally cooled her off a bit in a tag team
Naomi having a season ending ending pregnancy was actually a huge blow because she's the only one besides Liv who does real character work
