I was doing really good with alcohol detox. this is the third night and my worst symptoms were all gone after the first day.
Problem is insomnia, I've only slept like 6-8 hours in the last 60 hours.

I took a puff of weed thinking it might help me sleep tonight but now I'm kinda paranoid and can't focus on anything (probably because of lack of sleep).
