5-minute high-intensity planking sessions several times per day are a quick cure for depression, brainfog, and general sluggishness, and are also very brain-healthy, producing large amounts of BDNF which promotes neurogenesis and reverses brain deterioration. Best of all, it's free and can be done at any time without any equipment or even a lot of space. Just get on the floor and start some mountain climbers and planks, your future self will thank you!
