I need help with finding an animation. I already tried asking on /r/ and got ignored, so I might as well try here.

I need to find the full version of pic related. The artist purged their FurAffinity page several months ago and this preview image is all that's left in the FA archive on the dark net. The artist linked the full animation in the original post's description, but in the archive the URL has been truncated to https://mega.nz/file/R8lADAYT#ucHXx.....uXaenfT5lTcvCE
And no, the post page is not on the wayback machine so I can get the full link from there. Hell, it's probably deleted from Mega anyway.

Decided to upload my own personal smut folder because a furry thread exists and why not?

It's small and am looking to expand. It's probably worth looking through if you don't want giant siterips.
(Also comics are always a nice addition, but some are not completed yet.)

I doubt creating the torrent on another client will change anything since I have other torrents created with same settings and everything is fine with them. I have not seen this problem with any other torrents and clients and I am way too dumb to diagnose it.
I also tried downloading the torrents myself and I get the same message as you do.

e.g. anything in a kemono art style that had so much as a hand in it would be tagged "young" and "human", and hence got deleted en-masse.

We're looking at a minimum of 45,000 posts that have already been deleted.

We can count the number of posts deleted by this purge using the API thanks to deletion reasons (delreason:*younghumanpurge*)

There's nothing wrong with using an SSD, but worrying about TBW is retarded. Even shitty SSDs can easily last 10x their rated TBW and most decent ones have such high TBW that you're realistically not hitting it.
It would "harm" SSD more if it was zipped as you'd have to write 2x the amount due to unzipping, unless you plan to never view the contents, but that's not the majority.
Entirity of E621 is maybe 10TB, but this is just a fraction of it. A good SSD is easily rated for writing several petabytes and can go way above the rating with 0 issues.

The real format is WARC (Web ARChive) which works with various systems. Wayback Machine is WARC-based. Interplanetary Wayback is one WARC replay systems. There's multiple WARC replay systems. WARC also contains HTTP headers and other things that you won't get with raw HTMLs and images.

I have 458236 missing posts, most of which before ID 5 million, as that's around when I started scraping seriously.
I've scraped https://iwiftp.yerf.org but that archive seems to have started rather late, like me. archive.org had some stuff, but very little that I didn't have.

If you want to help out, here's a simple python script where you can drag folders on and it'll scan for the files ID regardless of extension and 7zips them up with no compression: https://files.catbox.moe/p8w6ww.7z
Comes with 7zip.exe and the MissingPosts.txt, it scans folders recursively and names the 7z after the folder it scanned.
This assumes of course you have the files saved based on ID like post 5000000 would be 5000000.jpg or whatever.
If you had it stored as the MD5 hash instead, I can prompt up a script for that style, or if you know you have a folder full of old deleted posts, maybe even a hashing script, but that would take more processing.
It doesn't matter if you have 100k posts or 1k or even 100, I'll take anything I can get.

There will always be something you miss, no matter how good the script is, unless you do redundant checks on missing posts over and over, even on ancient posts.
Primarily I just downloaded everything and then scan for new posts, but there are occasions where E621 decides to restore old art, so I set up something that checks previous missing ones and managed to find 22 other posts that I had missed, which are now restored.
I just gotta remember to use the script every now and then, just incase they restore something.
