What message are you trying to convey? If I repost the same magnet with more trackers, it's because a) I'm seeding that magnet, and b) it's necessary to add the new trackers to make sure peers have the best chance of getting a connection.

I don't wanna be a filthy only leecher. Also, as I'm new to torrenting, I'm assuming that the specific files I downloaded have the "magnet link" in the metadata, right? So in the future, if I reupload this same file to a client, it'll generate with that so it keeps that specific torrent alive on the internet? If not, then how do people reupload with the same magnet? Do they have to copy and paste the link into a text file and keep it next to the movie? Do magnet links change? I don't see how that would make sense

Anon, you're not supposed to use privtracker for public torrents and thus your magnet link will not work because private torrents won't transfer the metadata over the DHT which is what the magnet link works with. You need to:

1) make a PUBLIC torrent of those files and add the public announces from the best list on https://github.com/ngosang/trackerslist
2) Seed that PUBLIC torrent
3) Then you can post the magnet from that PUBLIC torrent.

Keep in mind, privtracker is only for transfers you need to make with somebody you are speaking with privately that you can send the torrent file to, like over IM, not /t/

In BOTH of my DVDs and in the DVDrip, runtimes are:

E1 and E2 match yours, but others are noticeably longer. ~25 MINS LONGER in total! Interesting.

This season 2 is where things get worse.

There is a torrent of a full DVD (unknown source / country / edition / etc), but it's dead, stuck at 80%+ availability, and none of the video files inside it are available in 100%. You can try your luck if you have months or years of patience:

This one is about 6 MINS LONGER than the English-language DVDrip in my other magnet link here. The uploader on Rutracker wrote that the TV channel cut away the titles and credits, so the "full" length with all credits would be even longer, maybe overall 10 or 15 minutes longer (content-wise) than the English DVDrip.

OVERALL:

The DVD of Season 1 (1983) by the other anon above >>1388042 is about 6h27m. The DVDs of Season 1 by me >>1388109 are about 6h52m, which is 25m longer (both the Russian and the Swedish DVD are identical in this).

The English-language DVDrip of Season 2 (1990) found by me - the long magnet link in my message - is about 3h14m. The TV rip on Rutracker (in the same message) is about 3h20m, but has only Russian audio with no English.

I should mention that my source of the DVDrip of Season 2 also has a very similar DVDrip of Season 1, made in the same format, a scene release with 700 MB files - All.the.Rivers.Run.1983.MiniSeries.DVDRip.XviD-TAR. Interestingly, that DVDrip by TAR is MUCH shorter than both my DVDs (Rus and Swe) and that other anon's DVD, and is DVDrip is only 4h30m. Clearly it's some edition/version that is even more abridged.

TL;DR - what to download:

For season 1: Either that anon's DVD >>1388042 if you want ONLY English audio and nothing else, and if you want the extras. OR, my DVDs >>1388109 , which have either additional Russian audio or Swedish subtitles, have no extras, !BUT! they are 25 mins longer. If someone is a fan of this series, it's up to them to figure out what was cut or what is different. Also, you can download the very well-seeded DVDrip (encode) in the same post by me, which is the same long version but in avi instead of a full DVD structure.

They are that release group that take others' releases and rename them into their own, right? Judging by the file sizes, I think it's the exact same rip/encode as the rutracker version above (same streams), just with the Russian audio removed.

^ the lines that are grouped together are different torrents of the same release, with difference in nfo/txt/sample. The FGT release is a different rip/encode than NOSCREENS. The two CINEMANIA releases are from Russian trackers and are most likely repackages of NOSCREENS with Rus audio added.

Absolutely ALL public torrents in 1080p and 720p are dead. All that's alive are 700 MB rips and a DVD5 with incorrect interlacing. I also don't see this on any private trackers that I'm on.

Alternatively, one tiny rip mentions this as a source: The.Crypt.Gruft.des.Grauens.UNCUT.2009.DTS-HD.DL.1080p.BluRay.AVC.REMUX-LeetHD - a remux of the German bluray, which is the *only* bluray edition of this, so the above ones were certainly sourced from it too. If this remux (or a full bluray?) is a possibility, I'll gladly take it too. Or maybe an Amazon webdl exists?
