You can use "JDownloader 2" or "FFmpeg" to download the MP4 (video file) and AAC / M4A (audio file) from the https://vid.redbarradio.com/ temporary randomly generated m3u8 links for the Redbar Archive Video Episodes (2012 - 2021) (vod), and Redbar Season 20 / 21 / 22 Video Episodes (2022 - 2025) (vod2)

I would suggest to download the 480p or 540p version of the MP4 (video file), because the video files get very large in size if you download 720p or higher.

You can use "VLC media player" or "FFmpeg" to join / merge together the MP4 (video file) and AAC / M4A (audio file)
