But not that he is capable of doing all they can. Leman Russ is demonstrably stronger then Heresy-era Lorgar. But Lorgar can do things they can't. All this suggests is that the Emperor can beat up the guys who can shape star clusters. That doesn't mean he can shape star clusters himself.

They teleported throughout the galaxy and time for thousands of years. It wasn't an illusion. They were almost in the Warp, so empowered, but it still happened. Malcador moved an entire moon into the Warp. Emps should be stronger.
