That's it.
You can inflate this number massively if you include non-western sources, as the anon in the other thread mentioned the isekai slop. But this is so separate from western canon that it doesn't even cross pollinate so even including Deedlit and Pirotess feels like cheating.

somebody in the previous thread mentioned Eragon, yikes
IIRC on one of Salvatoreslop books (they one where he called protag Luthien and the island it took place in was Eriador, if you need to make a picture), the muscle protagonist had an elf called Siobhan (maybe minus some letters, not sure now) after him, but he may have preferred his human friend. Not sure he got to cum in her elven places, I didn't manage to read more than a bit of that shit 25 years ago

Can we not reply to the /pol/fag "humans are basically indians" schizo this thread, please?

>How do elven punishments differ from human ones?
I'd imagine Elves would have to worry a lot less about mundane crimes anyway, given how their civilizations are typically more communal and/or advanced, and their generally superior traits. That being said, I would expect them to use capital punishment a lot less given their smaller population, and they'd likely be less inclined towards corporal punishment too, given how they're commonly depicted as prissy, uptight, and rather arrogant. In fact, in light of these traits, I think the most logical justice system for Elves would be fines or some kind of social shaming for minor crimes, exile for more major crimes, and execution only for the highest crimes, at least when dealing with other Elves. When dealing with other types of Elves or non-Elves (Dark Elves/Drow/equivalent, humans, etc.) they'd probably be even less merciful than a typical Medieval or Renaissance society and would probably just outright kill them or exile them on the spot, even for minor offenses.

So for our new campaign (where I play the barbarian diplomat), DM told us that each of our PCs are entitled to a dedicated assistant NPC that would act like our personal, most loyal servant/squire/nanny/advisor...you get the point.
Meet Nepenthes or commonly called Penny. She is a half-drow orphan my PC personally raised to be his new book keeper and secretary after his wife passed. She is about 17 but looks like a child due to slower elven growth speed. She is a very serious but squeaky Karen.

Okay, this highly depends on the setting, system and edition, but in case it's 5e, they don't age slower than humans, and are physically adults at 20.
Excuse the akshually in case you are playing something else or that's simply your DMs lore.

Doesn't that mean they age slower since humans are physically adults at 16? But yeah, DM stated elves age a bit slower in his setting.
>>
>>97880263
Not him but even then I'd imagine it would depend how much elf is in there comparatively. If a 50/50 half elf ages just fine in human terms, what if it was 75/25 as a child of an elf and a half elf. Lol

the rapid enshittification of bing was a bit sad since it used to be really good at genning 1930-1970s magazine and comic book illustrations as well as romantic watercolor and oil paintings. But then again it's not surprising that a tool with a predominantly indian userbase turns into a open sewage canal.

Actually if anyone knows a generator that's free or cheap to use that can do those things well without having a shitty overzealous content filter I'd love to know

There's Perchance, which, despite having no filter on its content, is worse than Bing for simple things. Still fucks up hands almost all the time.
Chat GPT and Gemini are functional but again not great at picking certain styles like Bing used it.
Civit AI can be free (but limited) if you stick to SFW stuff. Just have to find a good checkpoint for a style you like and then filling out the prompts is exhausting since you have to spell out everything you want as detailed as you can.
There is paid NSFW for Civit.

The truth Eldar x Human fags refuse to come to terms with is that it's unironically more likely for a Dark Eldar to get with a human (be it vanilla or Ynnari) than a Craftworlder.
Same goes for Harlequins and Exodites. But le banshee/farseer/ranger is always the designated waifu.

I wouldn't be here if I didn't like elves. But we knew in character that just north of our estate is a region filled with half-drows and that there are tons of orphans because it's a place plagued by banditry. I specifically wanted an orphan because they don't have anyone they can leak info to so that's kinda the first place I looked at.

This is actually what I was thinking too, but I dunno how deadly the campaign will be. I don't know the new table well. For now, we're on the dot with session planning and that is enough for me. The only interesting thing about this table that is new for me is that recapping at the start of the session is done in character.

Mhm. Hard to say. The setting itself seems rather dangerous especially with political intrigue as a focus. How strict the social interactions are between people of different ranks or even the same ranks, will someone lose their head for telling off a royal lol. Lots of room for consequences.

>recapping at the start of the session is done in character.
Thats fun. I did that for a while during a game of pathfinder with my Artificer, his cataloging events in a journal. It got to be a bit rough on the throat but the DM and a few others seemed to love when I did it.

Yriel

They practice necromancy and they basically want to genocide the entire race to power up their God in a gamble which would make the harlequins blush

>>97890507
I'm an Eldarfag and I don't really like Yvraine. The weird menorah thing on her head looks dumb. The only things she has going for her are running around barefoot all the time and that fat ass of hers. I guess she's doing something about the whole "race going extinct" thing, or at least trying to, but at the same time she failed and burned tons of bridges in the process. She literally helped other factions (namely the Imperium) more than the Eldar in the end.

The favored elven boardgame is "Campaign for North Africa The Desert War 1940-43". It's 20 year game length makes it just meaty enough to get invested in.

Taking auxiliaries from other eldar-factions is one thing, but having everyone's identity is like having no identity. What could make them stand out is a focus on wraith constructs as part of some necromancer theme. Lots of rather slow walkers with the eldar's innate psychic potential. Maybe some other ghostly units.
Ynnari lore itself is fucked, there is nothing to fix.

They should look more into this, it should probably have more of a 'drag Eldar souls back from the underworld' theme.
Shift all the Wraithguard and Wraithlord to being more Ynnead-aligned, maybe? I mean, they had Bonesingers, which is halfway to necromancy.

>Yvraine just ended up pushing tons of people away from her cause
That was just bad writing. There is no reason why somebody like Lelith should go 'nah sis I'm out' just because of some death magic.

Lore wise, have her return with a an option to be Ynnead cult Wych or something, gives fun new options to paint her and maye give her some new weapon options?

That really depends what the theme is. It kinda fits with this table because it's important to give context how each character understand the situation we're in.

Now that I think about it, I'll have to ask the DM if she would know how to cast any spells and if that is allowed.

>variant human
I'll admit if there is one thing I am happy to be rid of after switching to Advanced 5e, it's dealing with Variant Human. Now make no mistake the options for human are actually really good in A5E, but when feats are "optional" it ends up feeling really odd for only one race to get them.

In A5E humans outright get an extra skill proficiency of their choice, plus only need half the time to train in new armor/weapons/tools with downtime. They also get to add a 1d4 (Expertise Die) to any check 1/short rest.

The actual options are varied. One lets you go a number of days equal to your CON mod without suffering fatigue (Exhaustion) from no food/water but you need twice as much for the same number of days after. Another enhances Dash 1/SR, making you not provoke attacks and getting an expertise die to Acrobatics checks against hazards and to DEX saves plus letting you ignore one level of fatigue per long rest and then an expertise die on saves to resist fatigue gain during forced marching. Finally perhaps the strongest one. Reroll failed concentration saves up to your INT mod per long rest, and also choose two tools you're proficient with or one skill from a specific list (the non-physical ones) you then always have a minimum of 10 for your rolls with those tools/that skill.

Also FUCK the captchas the other day, holy shit.

Bleh. Where did the obsession with this come from? Is that an american thing? Which country is noldorfag homoeroticism from?

By definition elves aren't superior if they have the most basic-bitch and supercommon flaws of humanity. This is literally that "just humans with pointy ears" meme.
>>
>>97893824
Yes, I think the titan crews are specifically twins. One dead, one living.
>>
>>97896059
>This is literally that "just humans with pointy ears" meme
Yeah, it's just a meme. Despite the overall physical similarities, there are often huge psychological, spiritual, and cultural differences.
And if elves are truly superior depends on how you want to define it and what layer you are talking about.
Often, the average elf is superior compared to the average human. Longer lifespan, innate magical capabilities, better looks, higher perception and agility. These kinds of things. Don't make the mistake and compare the (player character) adventurer elf with the (player character) adventurer human. You should compare average ordinary people elf with average ordinary people human.
In a similar way, dwarves and other playable races are, at least on an individual basis, superior
And there are some systems in which elves are outright mechanically superior, because this idea has its basis in fiction.
Elves also often have an ancient culture, long history, and their advances and magics are copied by many younger races. They are the high culture.
If that is an excuse to be a smug asshole, it's another matter. I personally don't like playing elves like that, as mentioned before, but there are more subtle ways you can play around that ("This human-made blade is sharp enough, but I wish we had access to some elven steal" or something like that).
>>
even tolkienian elves are literally just humans with pointy ears except the fact that they're ageless

this isn't because elves aren't spiritually superior to the humans of any random setting, but because the basic assumption is that tolkien's humans are already spiritually elevated so they're both on the same level, the humans just don't express it into superpowers like telepathy and shit because their lives are too short to get good at it

There is also the fact that Tolkiens elves are bound to Arda, whereas human souls are supposed to move on to another world. Their indestructible soul goes to the halls of Mandos, where they can be revived.
Tolkien elves actually age physically slower, but mentally faster. They can speak fluently after a few months.
Here is another lesser know facet that may please the HFY-tard: Elves don't have a natural "knack" for things. They always start learning skills from 0, and suck at it when they first try. Humans can have natural talents and be good at something, even though they barely trained it.

No, Tolkien elves are not just humans with pointy ears. There are important spiritual differences.

Tolkien's notes and books do say that elves are physically and psychically above men.
Stronger, nimbler, faster thinking etc
>>
>>97897959
because they're older and in many cases influenced by stronger ancient phenomena like the two trees

>older
no, not due to that, he gives that as their nature (I've been reading the "HIstory of Middlearth" volume about that recently)

Only zing once in their lives and are loyal and never cheat for hundreds of years if not more
Humans could never

On one hand that sounds needlessly opinionated.
On the other, girls wih guns are always welcome, I miss Dutchko and Jarv.

I mean, I just wanted to make it as clear as possible because they tend to be subversive retards. I never brought it up until now.

This should be test for autism and you just tested very positive.

ironically i think caring about small details in shitty art like that would be the actual test for autism
>>
caring about what other people care about is pure, unadulterated autism, no question about it

Fair enough, now would you be so kind and give one of those dorky elves a wand of fireball?
By which I mean Nagant sawn-off.

A yes, the female branch of the #*&%#&# force. Of which I do so love to read in the medieval wingdings magazine.
At first I was horrified at her poor shoe-lacing, but then I realized she managed to lace all 1 billion holes in her boots missing half of one of her five fingers! And she has that backwards thumb! Truly a brave and handicapable soul if there ever would have been if this wasn't AI slop.

Exactly the opposite, in fact. Autism means lacking social graces, whereas normal people understand and care enough about the opinions of others to at least maintain a socially acceptable front.

Wherever we go, we must wank humans.

desu the dark elves are impressed by humans because they're callous and cruel to their fellows and explicitly DO NOT need to torture other humans to survive
>also the emperor is in such great pain the dark elves who got to see him probably felt satiated for a full year after that experience
