Yes and how miss the window? They didn't expect it to blow up like it did, in my opinion they got the toys as fast as they could, this was actually a replication of star wars 1977 if you think about it, because no one expected it to be such a hit and toys were released only a year later.

Not that anon, but I work management at a movie theater, and when we had it, it was mostly popular with kids in the 10 to 12 age range, mostly girls, and it kinda seemed like a fad that quickly died out. To me it seems like any toy company has missed the boat.

The other day I was at an Asian market near me and they have these big cutouts of the characters from this movie and some single dad was getting pestered by his kids to get their photos taken with the cutouts. Also there's a shitload of branded ramen and snacks with it. I'd say it still has some longevity to it even though I personally didn't care for it at all.

Didn't this movie come out, like, a year ago? Is it still relevant?

I'm not into parenting spaces and this shit was huge mid 2025.

Grammys are next month, Academy Awards are in March, and the movie is up for awards in both. Depending on the outcomes, there might also be a physical media release of the movie. It's still very much part of the public conversation. Fatigue may be setting in, but there's still enough interest to support at least one wave of toys. Movie toy lines rarely live beyond one wave anyway.

The figures look pretty cool. Well packed with accessories like alternate faces and hands. I assume they'll be in the 6" range. Curious what the price point will be.

I see Mattel is doing this with their new DC line and I hate this meme so much. Choose a fucking scale! Do you want to be 6" or 7"? There's no need for inbetween bullshit that doesn't fit with either.

I’m getting my daughter all the basic Barbies and roleplay items and now I’m considering getting these for myself since they’re so cheap. Mattel is killing it.

Why is Jinu the only Saja Boy getting a doll? He's the most boring one. Will all the boys get figures at least?

I work with kids and yes, it's still immensely popular with girls age 5-10. These are going to be flying off the shelves if they hit by spring. Not sure what would happen if they wait until fall though.

When will people revolt against Hasbro and their overpriced/under-accessoried trash?
>>
>>11689280
even if this feels a bit late I am still suprised how fast they managed to get all of this done.
>>11692064
I don't care about this movie (found it a bit bland frankly) but these releases are good, and its only happening like the anon above me said because Hasbro rules the domestic 6inch figure lines, people have always gone "oh you can't compare it to import lines" when people bring up how little hasbro give so seeing Mattle just kick their ass is good.
Also they probably expect all of these to fly off the shelve and theres so many characters they price them cheaper just to make them more appealing
>>
>>11692070
>>11692096
Sorry, you're both wrong. This has nothing to do with dying Hasbro. Mattel is still a functional toy company in the business of making toys at reasonable prices for the masses. Look at their other lines, their Jurassic Park stuff for instance. They've got big ass dinosaurs and vehicles and such on retail shelves for affordable prices while Hasbro does $350 Haslabs for an unlicensed, 2 door, 1:12 car. Current Hasbro is completely risk averse, and prioritizes low unit/high cost collector products as a result. They are completely out of touch with the rest of the industry, and their profit margins are clearly set well above every other company doing what they do.
>>
>>11692070
>its called competition
What a retarded take. K-Pop Demon Hunters action figures are not in competition with anything Hasbro makes. They're not going to lure kids away from Marvel Legends or Black Series with a more affordable/better value product in KPDH, because the markets for them are totally different. Boys like Marvel and Star Wars (no matter how much Disney trys to push it on women). Girls like KPDH, and no one is even trying to push it on boys. My 10 year old niece tells me how there is a hard divide over KPDH at her school. She says the girls love it, and the boys hate it.

So I pass out candy in a relatively crime ridden shithole in Commiefornia, we regularly get over 500+ kids a year for halloween.
Just this past year we received 1,013 kids and I would say CONSERVATIVELY that 40% of those kids were dressed as the main girl and zoey, so when broke ass niggas from the bay area put their kids in this you know it's got longevity.

Y'all really don't anything about this movie's fandom, do you? Baby is the most popular Saja Boy by far, with both little girls and grown women. He will sell out quickly. Jinu is boring and no1currs about him, the others are a toss up.

The music is still popular.
The band performed on SNL a month ago and those videos views are huge numbers and still popular RN.
They will perform at the Oscars in March and possibly win two awards. Netflix will want to continue to play nice with movie theaters plus also flex that their free shit is still popular and do sing-along shows this summer at select Cinemark, AMC and Regals, screen cap this friend.

If fucking Mattel does a teen DC superheros line with all the animated teenagers, from TTG, DCSHG, Young Justice and even digs deep and does the LOSH cartoons in this style, I bet those would sell like fresh crack. Especially with those accessories. I would buy some
