my first thought was micromachines men in black, but its not from the first 4 sets. So possibly another line.

Could even be from one of Micro Machines original sets, but finding out which one's going to be tough.
I had a US President themed set that came with the Air Force One, a limousine and a helicopter but apparently there was also a version that didn't come with any minifigures, whereas the one I had came with secret service agents.

01/29/26(Thu)15:46:21 No.11691637 I've consulted a few of my peers and we all agree that this is a Diaclone figure, specifically from the Diaclone reboot series.

Its definitely not micro machines. The base of mm figures is round or square. This guy's base is jagged.

They had jagged bases too... the Star Wars ones often had it.

Which ones? Because they along with every other mm figure have round shapes.

The problem is there's a lot more than just micro machines and microverse. Back in the day everyone in the business was getting in on the micro craze. For examples both hotwheels and matchbox had lines that had some micro figs in them, like Matchbox Hitch and Haul. I just checked that one and it doesnt appear to be it though. But there's dozens of companies with probably hundreds of lines, just most of them are relatively obscure.
