The weird elbows are because there is no shoulder rotation, the carve out for the arm bend stays facing forward no mater what even though the joint itself has decent range.

As for the knees... that aren't ideal, but you may be able to only move the lower joint to make it move more naturally.at least it isn't the same way the hyper body's knee works.
