Raw materials costs increasing continuously + everyone keeps making their kits complicated to following Bandai. Even Bandai started raising their price of their old kits a few years ago and so lots of stuff is now 20-30%more than it was 10 years ago.

My issue is more that it is a model kit. Intricate kits of literal who mecha go for less.
That is a lot for a kit. Still probably going to get it but it is pretty unreasonable.
