No fucking way, are these still a thing?! Man, I remember having these as a kid in the 90s, clicking the digimon together to fight, they were incredible. I had this one that was shaped like a dog, it was white with brown spots iirc, I adored it.

Thanks for making a new thread, OP.
My most expensive vpet has to be one of these. I spent the most on the Uratama, but the value of some of these Digimon has gone absolutely wild since I first bought them.

Pen 20th is a great one, not to wish that it gets devalued, but I do hope for a color version down the line cause of all the upgrades. But Bandai would definitely rather sell everything piecemeal for more profit. I'd love if they'd remake the pendulum X so bad, I love the sleek card shell design.

The only real exciting thing about the Pen20 is how you can hack it to have all the eggs from all the versions,
Which would definitely not transfer over if they made a Pen20C
For gameplay, its really not any better than PenOGs and I almost never reach for it when I want to run a Pendulum.

I just can’t bone down on the pendulum (or regular) colours because of the tiny rosters of monsters we’ve seen a gorillion times. Also to my mind, the colour screens are an almost strict downgrade from the charming, like, 16x24 pixel screens of the classic monochrome LCDs

I just happened to be in on the ground floor. But they’ve ballooned in price over the last 5 years or whatever.
They’re also all opened and played with, to be clear, I just store them back in the packaging when they’re not in use.
