Confusing /toy/ posters with a vague, ultimately inaccurate OP title is a death sentence for the thread. Pick a brand, include release dates for upcoming toys from that brand, and list off all the others that fall under the umbrella. Put in a modicum of effort and posters will respond in kind.

OP here: I wasn't even trying to make a general, I just wanted to start up a thread talking about third party figures I'm looking into or curious for and if there's any others who are doing the same. Genuinely don't understand why so many are getting hung up about making a general "the right way" when that wasn't even my goal and people can't seem to agree on one thing enough to make it a regular thing. It's the reason why I didn't bother putting "General" in the title in the first place.

I had a similar thing happen with Bombusbee. Well, not really similar, but another case of chink companies awful communication resulting in the customer getting fucked.
I had 2 items come into stock in the same week and I asked if they could combine shipping. They did, but some glitch in their website (this was just after they updated it) made the total almost 5x what it should have been, I think it was saying $550 instead of $120 if I remember right. So I contact them and tell them that it's glitching and I'll pay as soon as it's fixed, and they just cancelled my order without even replying to me. So I lost my deposit on both items, and then had to chase down Snail Shell Muse Asdo since she had sold out everywhere.

I added up how much I had in prepaid deposits and I think I had about $30-$40 worth, and decided I'd rather eat the loss than deal with their bullshit ever again.

I found this on Facebook, Keepgoing was going to release a bunch of skeleton recolors for $20, and apparently this guy received his, and his first impression is not the best for the toy's articulation.
I can't complain for that price but if true I wish it had come with more movement. Granted I still don't have it so I can't speak yet.

They're short, but not too bulky and still muscular. They're odd in how they're thin, but still wide if that makes sense. The difference between the strong and normal is just arm bulk. Their leg articulation is weird and feels bad at the hip/pelvic region, but the arm range has insane swivel across the body with the pop-out butterfly joint-esque swivel in the shoulders. Wait for me to get home and I can take pics of the Jet Studio and show you if you want. These bodies are also more tan than white so they don't go with a lot anyways.

Damtoys just posted pic-related. This is true 1:12, so he won't be meshing with GI Joe or anything western, really.
Pic is the exclusive, the only real differences between it and the regular are the mask/magazine paint stripe color, a shotgun (reg version), MP5 variant and the breaching charge.

Welp, ants aren't supposed to be colorful afaik, but I wish they would've chosen a reddish tone, the same color as Manticora is really dull.

that colorway is absolutely disappointing. I got my Manticora first and while the sculpt and articulation are incredible, I can't help but feel the paint style was overly simplistic. Then got got my very first Unkval, a red smasher, and I was absolutely blown away by how awesome the paint application was. There's all kinds of different finishes and decals; I'm genuinely upset that the manticora looks so boring by comparison. Now the ants are shaping up to be the same and... while not completely abhorrent, it just isn't exciting. I really hope the Locust is better looking.

This is something that got me curious, is POK supposed to be more resistant that other materials? So far my Sexyice stuff hasn't had any problems, and I'm seeing other companies including POK among their figures' PVC and ABS.
