Got the Five GAT Gundams, Sky Grasper, Moebius Zero, Ginn, CuGue
If it really is over for SEED I'm ok, got everything I wanted. Would have liked an Orange Ginn but w/e
Wish Zeta would pick up the pace though. We should have already gotten Marassai and Nemo

I doubt it won't be

Does anyone else come up with stories or make up units for there robot spirits gundam figures? Do you guys customize your figures with decals or mods? How do you guys pose yours? I would like to see life in these threads again I can post my stuff as well when I get home.
>>
>>11733587
- No.
- I don't but I follow a guy on Insta who decals his up to match the MSV books.
- Varies, some interact with others. Most tend to be just 'in the moment' poses.
Bandai not really bothering to realise any RD in months and focusing mostly on MRD and Metal Builds has unsurprisingly resulted in these threads not really having much to talk about.

I know there ain't much going on but his details went up yesterday and he's on P-Bandai US as of about an hour ago.
>26.4k sales tax included
>230 USD free shipping promo
Yeah I ordered on US. He's pretty big and has a lot of stuff, but still these prices are hitting where Metal Builds were at just a couple years ago, I think I bought my first one, Dynames Repair 3, at 224 on a JP site. I guess the 29k Sazabi is on Genki is close to 190ish, so still cheaper, but man. The Tallgeese at 160 feels more "normal" in a way now.

Bandai fucked up by making it web exclusive. For such a vanilla suit they'd have to made it gateway drug prices if they wanted my money.

It was shipped with surface. Also ami has suspended all shipping with japanpost, DHL is the only option, I assume it's the same for every nip shop. Hobby genki better not force me into DHL for marchosias

There's a more than 0% chance Israel decides to just nuke the world.
The odds are incredibly low, and they are having a hard enough time keeping the Strait closed. Their means of attack are suicide ships and short range drones. Ships would never even get close, and why would they waste drones heading in Israel's direction on a random boat instead of trying to his Israel which is just gonna shoot it down regardless?

What's the best og NGE Eva figures? I kinda prefer the slightly bulkier look they had compared to the rebuild Evas. The revos look a little bit dated for my taste.

There was a prototype of the OG evas from Threezero some tome ago, i would wait for those if you prefer the OG look. The rebuilds from them are amazing for
the price.

This is the best answer. The Blokees TV Evas look weird and I personally do not like them what so ever. There is regular Chogokin figures and Chogokin Spec, the Spec figures are much nicer but have some weak joints that are prone to breaking, knees, waist, shoulders.

The Moderoid Ingram on the very right is based on the classic Ingram from the movies and TV show, and it's been out for a while, it's just getting a re-release
All the other ones are based on the Ingram Plus, which is a slightly modified version of the classic of the classic Ingram from Patlabor EZY which is a new series
The Ingram in your image listed as Tamashii Nations is actually the upcoming RG model kit from Bandai Hobby. The Moderoid is also a model kit.

I hated this design when it was revealed, but we probably won't get another Nirvash figure for like a decade so I might just grab it.
>>11743321
I have a hunch this one is gonna end up like the Lancelot Albion. They won't produce it in enough numbers for it to bin, it's a 20th anniversary product.

Seems bandai is going to make the HWS for hi-nu finally. But they are advertising the repaint only which means it assuredly will be painted to match that instead of the first release. I will definitely not be rebuying it just for the option set, they’re out of their fucking minds.

>I especially hate the board.
I honestly have no idea what Kawamori is smoking sometimes. It's like he forgets what his own designs are supposed to do.
Why add greebling on what should be an aerodynamic motorsport design?
Also in typical metal build fashion, they give it some original equipment, which comes in the form of the new board. But this is even more confusing because this board is smooth and has a shape closer to the one from the anime.

Eureka Seven's aesthetic is basically motorsports x surfing x mecha.

I live in Europe, and years ago it was pretty easy to get a Metal Build. Sure, the price was higher, but for better or worse, almost everything arrived, even some Tamashi Limited editions.
Now I don't even know what's coming out. The prices have become absurd, but above all, only one in 10 arrives. The latest arrival in Europe is the Z Gundam, but many others are off the table. Is the Barbatos a Tamashi Web Limited? The Impulse?
I wish there were still some Chinese bootleg versions of the most recent Metal Builds because it's impossible to get anything new these days.

I kinda want to buy it but the price is high and then the shipping is by fucking boat
I have never ordered anything that required to be shipped by boat and with my fucking luck, it will sink on its way here
>>
>>11753083
The shipping options are weird, feels like a coin toss nowadays whether you get cucked into boat or not. I bought a robot with a box that is roughly the same size as eva final model and it could only be shipped by boat. Meanwhile the CCS eva figures can be shipped via airplane just fine. So long as you don't mind waiting a bit more, boat is fine. You even get the name of the ship from the tracking so you can see where your robot is in the world.

I don't get it, why didn't Bandai ever make In Action!! Offshoot toys based on Full Metal Panic! Considering how popular the series was in the 2000s, it's kind of odd that they had to wait till Robot Damashii before making any Arm Slaves in toy form.

>looking at VF1 DXs
youre telling me they sold an expensive final battle DYL VF1, but didn't include the fucking missile pods? Was it dlc from another figure? Wouldn't mind the suicide-inducing-aftermarket-tax if it came with everything. Maybe I'll just look at the regular vf1.
>>
>>
>>11755154
yeah that is really shitty
no bandai DX VF-1 came with the missiles, which is a real dick move compared to yamato/arcadia which always included them
both the super parts and the missiles are separate p bandai items because fuck you I guess
