I am extremely racist and I live in Japan, so I can tell you the real situation.

Africans: In everyday life, you are unlikely to encounter them. They are mostly contained to dodgy nightlife areas, traditionally Kabukicho and nowadays also Roppongi after dark. They run their own scam bars and clubs there and like to harass people on the streets.
Indians (a term that includes other shitskins like Bangladeshis, Nepalese, or Pakistanis, nobody can distinguish them): they do have a significant diaspora here. The poorer ones work in convenience stores, a significant proportion of conbini workers in the big cities. The ""skilled""" ones work in IT etc. because many companies realized they are still willing to work for the shit wages that Japan pays. You don't encounter too many of the latter on a daily basis.
There are large disaporas of assorted SEAsians (Viet, Thai, Chinese) but they usually integrate well and don't stand out much.

Realistically, if you travel to Japan, you are 100% more likely to be annoyed by a screeching mainland Chinese tourist family or a fat American shouting into his phone on the train than by a minority that resides here.

The issue with such minorities, however, is that when their numbers get higher, they start to form ghettos. This is an issue with the Chinese/SEA in some areas, Kurds in others, and starts being an issue with shitskins. I don't think it's *bad* yet unless you specifically travel to such areas, but of course the trajectory is not good. It seems like the people are aware and the government is trying to stop this to some extent, so I hope it won't get too bad.

I spend about 6 weeks a year in Japan. Black people, even black tourists are relatively rare. They're not a shock to see or anything but you can go days without seeing one. Indians however are fucking everywhere. Not just in Tokyo either. I am a lifelong 33 year old weeb who is finally going to Japan at the end of April to the middle of May. I understand that this is Golden Week and one of the peak tourism seasons.

I regret not going before the tourism hype permeated the mainstream but I am glad to be going now. I had booked flight and hotel with my ex who spoke Japanese but COVID canceled our plans and we have since broken up.

I was told that Japanese women are probably the hottest Asians there are, and I don’t think I have been more underwhelmed in my entire life.
The vast majority are not pretty at all. They look like caricatures from the 40s with weird teeth and round chubby faces. And that excludes those who wear face mask so you can’t really tell how they look.
Sure there are some hot ones, but the majority is not attractive.
They’re also very very short. I actually expected them to be above 5’6, on average but a significant chunk of them are like goblins.
