BTW. Have any of you played or even just looked at some of the videos of Clare Obscur: Expedition 33? Quite a few of the bad guys look a lot like vertexes and the sets in several places have reminded me of the Juukai.

The love is still alive, at least. Kanonji will be hosting a rewatch event in March and there was a WaSuYu movie rerun in cinemas recently. I'm somewhat hopeful that there will be more of Akamine's story after all the staff's talk about wanting to give the story proper closure and ending the Akamine's chapter in the YuYuYui port on a cliffhanger.
