Thoughts? Obviously, Tomatosaurus has a mix-up between The Yugaman and "That Guy". And so far it doesn't look like a character can be playable in multiple worlds at once without just having a version of the character in each, so "That Guy" can't be a Sevens Yuga alt style. But I also think The Lukeman has a strong chance to be a new character rather than an alt style. I also think he's probably the next Sevens character we'll get. Not next month, though. Next month is probably going to be DM wank again. Probably Dartz, since they just released the Timaeus cards in the previous box Speed box. I hope we at least get something better than a deck build box. If we get another deck build box next month, I think I might just not even bother opening the app until March.

I'm reading yugipedia and he played wind normal monster beatdown with a not!Speed World field spell that increased the attack of all wind monsters and a lv 7 effect monster that specially summons a normal monster from the hand only.
He quite literally only has a single effect monster in his entire deck, and had a single duel the entire show.
His skill is going to carry him so god damn hard it won't be funny.

They'll probably give him a skill to add his ace to hand from deck or GY once per turn and summon level 6 wind monsters with no tribute or something like that. I'm more excited for playable Mensaburo, although I won't say no to more playable characters either way. Would be nice if they took the lack of actual Yuro cards as an opportunity to release some non-anime decks alongside him. Maybe even give him voice lines for one of them like they've done in the past for characters with few canon cards.

I just started rush in dl for monarchs because I like them, so I’m not an expert on the meta, but they’re honestly not great.
They’re oddly overbalanced, the vassals read like ogdoadics plussing your opponent and the mega monarchs are removal for everything but the thing you want to remove.
The skill is alright but seems on the weaker side compared to the other yellow buttons I’ve seen in rush, and it excludes being able to search the OG monarchs that aren’t even in the game for extra salt on the wound.

Yeah, didn't see any in Quantum Rush today. There's like, what, 5 or 6 monarch cards total in DL? Haven't really looked at it, but it's no surprise if it doesn't do anything. At least it probably fared better than Red-Eyes. That one got all its fusion substitutes but not the fusion you'd actually want to make.

All things considered, the Red-Eyes pieces don't have it so bad. They each have their own pair of arms and wings and they can apparently detach, if the fact that they each can be summoned as a separate monster is any indication. As for being Zorc's cock, that probably fulfills someone's fetish. Although Zorc probably doesn't use it much, so that might be somewhat unfulfilling.
