So this is all downstream of the Rowan Stoll cover-up.
PW or someone else found Stoll's recordings, including his death.
This sent him into a panic about what may happen to him.
At the same time he, other scientists and Stella are having reservations about the morality of their operation.
So a group forms, their plan to free the experiments.
Also, A Friend, the same person who invited Jack's parents to return and get killed by Doey, he was also in on the conspiracy. He's either PW or someone else.
They are the ones in the Project Playtime tapes who The Prototype is talking to. They recieved one of the Ollie phones to stay in touch with him.
This phone is notably delivered with the tapes showing the creation of Boxy and mentioning Stoll, to remind the collaborators what the stakes are.
Stella uses her executive access to open the cages, hoping the experiments will go free. However, they had other plans. Sawyer also gained access in the chaos, and used it to lock the factory down and start The Hour of Joy.
Everyone is slaughtered, including the humans who helped, because the experiments still remembered what they did.

I'm skeptical right now because the only "music video" I can find among the leak uploads is a blatantly fake one using fanmade PPT animations having nothing to do with Chapter 5 (except for a Prototype clip being directly stolen from pic related) and recycling trailer/ARG footage spliced together. And the supposed render in that Twitter post just looks like the 2D art put into some AI filter to make it look 3D, the details look smudged.

The reason the post was deleted is likely because the community admin doesn't want people discussing the leak at all (and also wouldn't know what's real or fake anyway).

Hopefully they'll do a little celebration artpiece or something for Chapter 3 & 4's release

As far as we know the experiments don't attack kids.
And as far as Poppy knows the kids are "alive, but sleeping" in The Labs. I guess Playtime figured out cryosleep as well. More likely though The Prototype has already used them for his experiments.
