I think your best bet is to set your name to something resembling an actual streamer, so not just "anonymousttv" but go with something that they actually use or something that implies it's them
Some cheaters will target steamers for attention but those are mostly stream sniping so won't be fooled
Most cheaters will avoid streamers, maybe they have something slightly more sophisticated like streamer username automatic blacklists (osrs has this in their bots with names of jagex and streamer accounts) but there is a fair chance at least some cheaters will go out of their way to avoid you

No they don't. This game has a notoriously high ttk for anything that's not a headshot. The problem is that the plates cover areas they physically wouldn't, bullets have to go through arms to get to the chest oftentimes, painkillers are too effective, too many things work as painkillers, players have too much HP, shock isn't simulated, and everyone plays like a pcp addicted freak because it's not real.
