Is anyone else kind of underwhelmed? I spy a few of the more popular designs and some I don't even know how they got selected. Battle Man confuses me, Maestro Man doesn't even hint at suction, that squid looking Vacuum Man has the wrong arm and I guess according to Cleanse Man we could have interpreted "suction" differently.

I was expecting more submissions like Spiral Woman but a lot of these designs are from artists that have clearly mastered their craft. Not to mention more original takes on the suction arm concept, as most of these are cleaning or vacuuming robots. Which, sure, it matches the prompt but many people were going outside of the box due to how overused the subsequent ideas were.

I think Sweeper Woman (Vac Woman's design is too...loud) and Cactus Man speak out to me. Juggle Man isn't bad either. And while Flex Man is cute, I swear I saw a Thief Man with the same concept and I'm wondering how that one didn't get selected instead.
