"Canon" is already fairly wonky in Snoot/Wani, considering how many things in-game are inconsistent and how characters seem to retroactively change depending on the routes

Okay, I gave it a go and I, yeah, I think it's got some good stuff in here.
The stand out scenes were, to me, the "Fashion Club Meeting" in the closet. The characters all clicked very well in that scene, and that's when the group actually felt like they could be friends. The other scene was Niko and Bianca hanging out at the park. That was pretty good. The dialogue flowed pretty well there.
I think this is because it's just a demo, but a lot of these scenes and the various character developments moved really fast. The Mr. Darrow scenes stick out as a sore spot, and I came away from thinking, "Hello, I am the wise teacher trope. Let me tell you Bianca's backstory and explain your problems to you."
I know Alwalker is a reference/joke character, but he is the film teacher and Darrow is not. Unless the joke is that Alwalker gives awful advice on movies and how to make them, then I think having Darrow be so informed on the process is a bit much. Unless you can tie it into his particular artistic medium, and have him explain what he means through that lens. Like how photography and canvas painting have overlapping techniques in Wani, and that's how Inco and Olivia improve together.

Dante and his friends kinda work...sorta. Again, everything felt really rushed. Like, Bianca intervening might need to happen either after Dante and Niko beat the crap out of each other, or during a different later scene when they've had more time to develop.

Martin is...kinda there? He just sorta shows up and then Niko and him are friends. Could use some justification for that.

Which, I guess my main point is that some scenes need to be added to flesh out what's there a bit more. Like, the chat at the park seems like where Niko and Bianca would be at the near the end of the first act. Where as the fight with Dante feels like something that would happen afterwards, because Bonka has at that point "seen" the real Niko and trusts him with actually taking her places.

Other than than, it's all technical issues. Like the previous pic and this one, just stuff you can use an editor to catch.
Run on sentences were the majority of the issues I had. A lot of the lines could be broken up into smaller ones. The advice I go by was from Cavemanon's 'tips for aspiring game makers,' which is that you should aim for one or two sentences per text box. It makes it easier to read, and easier to spot errors.
Pic related was the only instance of repeating a line I saw, so that's good.

Really, my only advice in this regard is once you finish a scene or some lines of dialogue, read them back to yourself and see if it comes out smoothly or sounds how you want it to.
Most of the writing was good, but there were some bits of dialogue that stuck out as stiff. All the words were right, it was just put together like a robot. Some of the lines in the Darrow conversation especially.

Art's good, especially the sprites

Some transitions could have used a dissolve

But, yeah.

I do think a number of issues could have been addressed before releasing your demo to the public. I share a lot of the other anon's criticisms and do think Bianca and Niko warm up to each other too quickly. I think the big issue with trying to delve deeper into the setting is that it's intentionally vague as a cartoony pastiche of GBVH's world that operates on puns and references.
Trying to do anything but a romance or character study, where the cast and their relationships are the grounded element, is naturally going to run into issues since you're actively fighting against the Rule of Funny the whole time.
