Unless it's your favorite character, no. 80/90 unlocks everything you'd want to level or unlock on the character, the last 10 levels are just some base stat bumps. Which yeah, helps for a main DPS, but there's certainly better things to spend your money/EXP on first before the last ~15 base attack.

From what I found is that You need to use a gear that has a higher bases value for a 'good match' which means the using the same gear isn't actually optimal.
An example is using the off piece jade seal gear that gives 25.4% ult regen compared to a on set piece which gives less, and that has a better match.
Unfortunately, there are some gear that already has the highest base value, then you're out of luck and should just use something similar.

If you're trying to lvl intelligence substat, you feed it a gear with intelligence mainstat. non-set pieces for accessories have stronger 3rd stats than set pieces, so they're optimal there

People mourning the dead at the mining town, Crowe explaining her issues with other people at the plateau, her breaking down into tears when you try to cheer her up... The actual narrative is pretty solid. The begging and camera angles were all planned and they were really off putting. I was liking Surtur until the end of the story when they were clearly begging you to roll for her. I liked Yvonne until her story when they hit you with a cascade of cheese. Its so heavy handed. I hope its just this different format thats causing the writers to refine their skills because I can't stomach to many of those stories if they keep up that trend. The stories are supposed to sell the characters and they had the opposite effect, at least for me.
