Honestly if you want to make Tremor - Downpour or whatever interesting and unique, I'd have it do SP damage like sinking instead. That way, even if you have zero sinking on the opponent, you're still doing significant SP damage to the opponent. It would essentially be a much much better version of Tremor chain that you would like to have up in the first couple of turns before you burst a bunch

It’s not like Lucio is mono-burn, he’ll be tremor too. Will probably be meant to be used in a tremor team with Meursault, even a mixed tremor/burn team, but I don’t think pure burn will suit him, especially with how good Thumb Meursault’s Capote is for setting up Scorch.

Plus, as far as character goes, Heathcliff and Lucio both have complex feelings towards particular people. Lucio doesn’t only hate Valencina, after all, he’s also genuinely grateful to her. Same with Heathcliff; he loved Cathy, but on the day he ran away, he hated her so much that he ran away precisely because of how scared he was of what he’d do to her if he stayed.
