On the other hand someone recently said they nearly killed the boss with a totally unoptimized fire team using Sakura and Lewis.
Should my team consist of Qiongjiu, Lewis, Sakura, and Vector with her mod key, plus Klukai (borrowed)? Or should sakura be replaced with Qihua?

Your best options in the standard banner are Tololo if you want to build a hydro team or QJ if you want to build a fire team. Both are good in hybrid teams as well.
My opinion is that Tololo is more fun because she has extremely high mobility. QJ is more of a movable turret. Both are great, I use both regularly. Don't worry about rerolling though. You should join a platoon when you reach a high enough level to do so. You're welcome to join Knight Sabers.

Qiongjiu and Tololo are the best from the standard banner. You should be aiming to get QJ to V3 and then Tololo to V2. Then get both of them to V5. Faye is whatever, her team doesn’t exist atm so she doesn’t really do anything rn

Just your average coinflip, the pity is 6x. Worst case scenario is 120-130 rolls to guarantee one copy. The game is pretty generous so you could get around 100 rolls each month.

Faye's primary purpose is to help physical units (for you, Groza, Vepley, etc. and any instance of damage that doesn't have a special color). She is high mobility and will help you clear missions involving reaching objectives. I personally would rank her as the third priority standard doll, after QJ v6 and Tololo v4, but I'm a physical fag. You will get the Peritya through other means with or without your consent.
