A naive elo system would queue you up with

- Trash who's boosting an account (massive win streak)
- Trash who's smurfing (who trolls often but can recoup the loss fast, it's up to your luck what state he'll be on in your specific match)

Now his free MR is gone so he has to give up lane to a lot of magic heroes and can't exist in team fights til much later now. They also killed his huge power spike at level 10 with the talent swap. Health stats on items is split now too so he can't even compensate the loss of MR with health. The Meepo change is pretty much pointless now since it's just better to do the same build as before, diffusal, aghs, blinks, skadi/disperser.
