If you have better-than-average luck you can probably get four. I imagine you'll have to ignore weapons though, I can't see weapons working out if you want the Cyberpunk girls. The worst part of exploration in this ad gacha games in general is that it’s tied to in-game currency so instead of incentivizing organic exploration it incentivizes doing rushed perimeter sweeps for all the currency you can find for the character you want. Nah, I gotta disagree. Jinzhou and Mt. Huanglong was when exploration was at its best. Now you have chests grouped together meaning you don't need to find anything and even if you ignore the Sensor they're always in fairly obvious spots (and now Lahai-Roi has the motorcycle jumps that grab all of them from the sky), there's only a small amount of chests scattered in the overworld outside of that, the puzzles are only a specific minigame in certain locations instead of combat or shooting challenges scattered around, etc.

I would much prefer we go back to Jinzhou's world design but with post-Jinzhou quality of life like it being easier to track chests, challenges, and making it significantly easier to find the specific items for the region in the overworld like the cassettes. The main issue it had was just that the Lootmapper wasn't as useful in finding stuff. In general there was way more variety in Jinzhou in terms of objectives, and the challenges didn't have you fighting overpowered enemies for multiple minutes at a time meeting specific requirements. That got really old really fast in Rinascita.

You mean the exact same thing we do right now? This hasn't changed at all, it's just that there's less individual chests compared to Jinzhou since they group up a lot of them and the challenges we do have can all be teleported or waypointed to instead of being ones found in the overworld AND the special ones you can target like the fun painting one.

All they've done is lower the amount of individual chests in the map, slightly increase the amount of Echo rewards in the map, drastically reduce the amount of challenges in each map, and then group up a bunch of chests. The grouped up chests were by far the most disappointing aspect of Rinascita because four of them could have been placed in other areas. There's a few secret ones like that one near Avinoleum, and Avinoleum itself places them very well due to the gravity shifting, but overall there's a lot less to explore and find because of how they consolidated everything.

Realistically I would love to have more regional challenges (Flying, racing, etc), more skeet shooting, more parkour challenges, more combat challenges, and so on like Jinzhou once had instead of grouped chests, small amounts of chests, Echo challenges, and then the regional challenge.

You don't need it littered with stuff, there's nothing wrong with having dead zones, it's just that there's a lot less around to pivot you to locations compared to before, and when you do find locations there's less there incentive-wise. Rover's school skin is from the main story and I'm not seeing anything that says it's been removed on Google at least. I don't see why it would be because even the current "Whispers Between Stars" event has you in it during the discussions.
Some avatars and Sigils are from various Chinese collaboration events. If you don't live in China when they happened you can't get them at all.
The Rhythmic Echoes Sigil was some sort of Chinese-only event on their forums prior to release last I checked.
Some Sigils were only available from the $20 BP for one single patch and if you didn't buy it during that patch you can't get them at all.
One Glider (Crimson Sky) was only available from a Chinese event. I think it was a KFC one?
One Glider (Clear Day) was only available from a Chinese event and if you were in the west you could get it by either subscribing to a channel on Twitch or gift subbing three subs on Twitch, I forgot which.
Two wing sets (The Laureate and Moment of Triumph) were only available from events when Rinascita released.

Many Shiny Pokemon were tied to limited events only. If you didn't do them they're unavailable.

Starpaths Intertwined (Via your profile) still gets you Aemeath's glider.

The only thing I don't know of is what the JP PS5 physical copy code gets you. I assume it's just like other gacha physical releases and it's minor.
