My issue with M+ is that I have such incredibly bad anxiety (and not in the shitty meme way either) that I quite literally begin shaking uncontrollably. For the past few years I've become incapable of playing online competitive multiplayer games without getting uncontrollable shakes. My teeth start chattering, my body feels incredibly cold (the slightest breeze will make me feel as though I'm freezing), my hands shake profusely, and I've had to wear sweaters and jackets with long sleeves just to try and stifle the issue. In WoW, it specifically happens to me in PvP and dungeons. In raids I'm generally fine, but I was running a +2 for the very first time in the season little over a week ago and experiencing these same issues. It makes it utterly impossible to focus, leading to me fucking up easy mechanics.

I wish they'd put in some fucking bad luck protection. I've run somewhere in the region of 30 mythics and the only shit that drops are either duplicates or less useful version of items i already have.
I have champion gloves, boots, waist...
so naturally I get hero drops for every other fucking slot.

It isn't really requirements for gear. Its the jumping to be honest.
Most pugs try to skip.
So a normal easy progression would be:

2x Prey (Nightmare) for Champ
4x Delve 8+ for Champ
1x Delve 8+ with Bounty for Hero
Then you have your 4 Champ from Rep (Helm/Neck/Trinket/Belt)
Toss in LFR for some Vet or Prey (Hard) for Vet to fill out space.
Then learn the mechanics in M0s or M+2s.

Instead the pugs typically might do a little of the above, then try to go straight into 6+s for Hero, but never having learnt any of the mechanics from the lower keys.
So you'll get shit like Interrupting all the copies of Lothraxion in NPX, or massive pulls in AA or MC that they don't know how to rotate through cooldowns of, or inadvertently pull extra because they are trying to copy some stupid ass strat they learned from a youtube video some guy made with a squad.
Many of the pug "tanks" don't pay attention to aggro, often losing it to DPS or Heals.
Many of the pug "DPS" don't know what an interrupt is.
Pug heals often don't actually know their rotation and poorly space out CD's or more commonly, try to reactively heal on specs like Druid/Disc which have ramp.

Pugs are almost uniformly shit.
And its not because there isn't space to learn.
There are tons of resources and lower levels of content to learn mechanics.
Its because they don't want to learn.

How do I open Zaralek and the Emerald Dream for leveling purposes? The base DF zones I can go to at any time but don't remember the quests for those two.
