But you are going to give up either Stormsurge or Shadowflame as second item, and Rabadon is pretty much mandatory from 3rd onward.

I really like the new Annie skin. Especially with how the bio describes what's going on with it:

I agree but sensible wards placement is better than just throwing them. I agree though, I have games where either the ADC or the toplaner have a vision score of 10 at minute 20, with wards still sitting in their inventory. Even supports aren't doing any better, it's like they completely forget they have 4 free wards, 6 if we consider they can store control wards.

Just got the worst team I've seen in a LONG fucking time. I legit went into raid boss mode and could 1v5 (and actually did a couple of times) if it wasn't for one single Asol that could actually lock me down superhard and shred my healthbar. I dived in and killed 2-3 people entirely by myself more times than I can count. But it didn't matter because the rest of my team every time without fault got 1v4'd by a FUCKING ANNIE.
SHE WAS LITERALLY JUST RUNNING AT THEM TO ULT THEM AND SOMEHOW THEY NEVER THOUGHT TO KITE OR AT LEAST JUST SPREAD OUT, AND NOT A SINGLE TIME DID I GET HELP ACTUALLY FINISHING THE FIGHTS.
I'D EVEN CC THE ANNIE AS SHE TRIED TO RUN IN AND THEY FUCKERS STILL COULDN'T DEAL WITH IT.

Checked another video about items' changes and Voltaic Cyclosword has a new passive: damage on %HP but -8 lethality (https://youtu.be/Fp9ik8fRT7g?is=QVBq-DUEGCbZ9Vz7). I don't get why assassins' items can have damage on HP, ok it's not much on a low HP champ maybe, but it's still something that makes you able to fight more durable champs.

It's true that if a bronze ADC picks MF, they'll win more, but I don't think they'll necessarily improve that much
If they stick to a champion like Ashe or Yunara they'll pick up ADC fundamentals a lot faster because that's what those champions are all about

they removed the bpass skins (except prestige) because """MANY""" people have requested that they wanted the skins but didn't want the bpass
a bpass is 1650rp, an epic skin is 1350rp
you only need to pay 300rp more to get the full package + even a border for your skin
a border bundle for an epic skin is 1900rp, 250rp more than the bpass

I finally nailed down the consistency of the E-R-Q3 ult cast time cancel bug combo over the dragon wall
It was a bit difficult to adjust to an awkward timing of the jump, but hopefully I can employ it in my games under pressure

Depends on how you look at it and I guess I get why you quoted "underpowered". He doesn't have a strong kit in the same way an Ezreal has, but his kit gives him access to crazy AA damage (AD) and range. You can nerf Twitch by nerfing the items he abuses, but that returns in the same argument of nerfing all those champs that use those items more fairly. While it's an easy champ to pick on, and his players do play around that by waiting for the team to step up first, Twitch is undeniably annoying.

Not him but Naafiri's untargetability is only part of the issue. She does have a dash, 2 if you count her ult which also gives a shield and engages from one screen away, she has sustain on Q too I think(?). Her pack of dogs makes Naafiri harder to hit. She has literally 4 defensive abilities on a single assassin, and assassin is a stretch because playing her skirmisher, instead of full lethality, might be even more annoying to deal with.

Naafiri uses W+E, that leaves her immobile unless she wants to dash to you, and that dash is cancellable by CC which I, presume, your champion has, and you have the skill to throw it in time, since the dash has a long wind up time. If she's running away, that's her two defensive abilities gone for an all-in gambit that you can't simply continue chasing her.

The reason people don't build mage items (with exception to Sona and Karma, who synergize with specific items, and Seraphine, who is the magiest enchanter in the game) is because they're specifically designed not to scale well with full AP builds. Most enchanters have only two abilities that do damage, with only decent scaling, not great. Milio's worse off because he has a single damaging ability aside from his burn passive. Standard casters use their abilities as a combo, Lux ult for example is not that impressive of a spell by itself. As a support you can't feasibly build expensive mage items and scale comfortably along with everyone else, so you build cheaper enchanter items that give the AP you want in addition to bonus affects that enhance your buffs. When Milio was released some people were trying Milio mid but he just doesn't have the kit to compete with other mages.

What mage item are you talking about with regards to karma? Malignance is such a bad buy on her compared to enchanter items that it's borderline griefing the game.

I don't think AP Karma is better than enchanter, but Ludens. RQ chunk mid or bot before dragon, there's no counterplay. Malignance does get out scaled but the initial power spike is ridiculous. 30 sec ult cooldown (14 sec if you maximize your passive) means you get to follow your jungler around and help them snowball by constantly fighting. It is a bit of a bait item and demands certain play styles and conditions but I wouldn't dismiss it entirely.
