I think fat Tenna beats out all the other characters in fat fetish art quantity, taking into account all the results I've seen on e621 through the years would make it seem that way at least. Other characters tend to get a pretty mixed bag of fetishes with no fetish in particular becoming as prevalent and dominant with the character (maybe Susie with muscles) as fatness is with Tenna.
The fujos all over the fandom are quite dedicated.

I think in general people think Tenna's design is too generic hot guy(obviously, true knowers know this is because he's going to be Mettaton's man suit, but most don't consider this) so you have normal people making him fat as well

Having Asgore lie tummy-down on our bed so I might attempt a full-body massage to alleviate the soreness from his physically-taxing day at work, all the while sneaking in little kisses on his head hooked over the bed's edge (afterwards I took a seat on the floor just in front of his face to rub his cheeks with my palms, all the while easing emotional stress as well by encouraging him to tell me about his day with soft kisses on his snout and forehead throughout). I think it's probably because Queen is a "starter fave" of sorts, since for a lot of people her introduction marks a point in DR when stuff goes from just good to great, so she got kind of overexposed. Plus she's the kind of fast-paced humorous character that works best in the moment and is not something you wanna analyze for too long, because that's how any joke can be run into the ground.

Noelle seems like a rich latchkey kid that isn't abused or neglected physically but absolutely left alone by her Mom to navigate the world without a lot of input or restrictions. Well, he was deliberately written to be a bit flat, since he was trying to be nothing more than an instrument, so it's kind of expected. When someone is too perfect, we want to see them face hardship, since it humanizes people in a way, and Chapters 3 and 4 started doing just that.

Queen displays a serious side near the end of Chapter 2, but I think it's just too little too late, especially when the same Chapter also has Spamton, who is a much better example of "quirky" evil. The worst Queen does is plug in people's faces, which really just gets played off as a joke, while Spamton helps you ruin the lives of multiple characters and laughs in their faces as he does it. The most interesting part about Queen is her relationship with Noelle, but it feels like a footnote in the story and definitely should have been given some more attention like Tenna's past with Kris is.

Kris definitely doesn't want to be like Ralsei, but a big part of him wants to be the kind of person that everyone likes. Perfect son whose mom pays more attention to him, perfect friend who doesn't push people away or gets pushed away ever, perfect sibling whose brother doesn't leave. He thinks that him not being able to keep people close is the result of him having the wrong kind of personality and that he could have done more for others. Ralsei is the pinnacle of that, someone who exists purely to help others, and seeing that kind of reflection makes Kris realize he doesn't like it at all. Asriel plays a part in this too, of course, but it's also a very idealized version of him, someone who only gives and gives and gives until there's nothing left to give.
