Whenever any tank is even slightly a threat or slightly harder to kill the entire DPS and Strategist playerbase cries their eyes out on social media to the point Netease slams them with nerfs.
Emma is the perfect example of this, but even before that Netease removed Captain America's +5% damage teamup because Strategists and DPS players complained about Cap.

In these players eyes tanks are only there as target dummies to shoot at to farm Ult off, but they shouldn't be too hard to kill either because that's no fun, they need their easy kills. If a tank ever manages to kill them? Unacceptable, nerf them into the ground. No tank should ever be allowed to kill any DPS or Strategist in any circumstance.

this is exactly what loses you games lol. her transformation has terrible survivability and you'll be instantly killed, but what it does give her is complete immunity in 1v1 situations vs vanguards that is traditionally hopeless. think venom/cap/hulk randomly isolating you for a 1v1, most sups can only hope to run & survive but she can just A click and walk back to her team and the vanguard is just gaining nothing from the exchange. I didn't manage to play WF to celestial on my support alt but I've played enough to the point where I wouldn't play her if all of the below aren't met:
1. There is another hero with ult that combos wth mine. Hulk, Magik, Iron Fist, DD etc that heavily benefits from going gorilla mode and deems attention
2. I have an anchor healer with a fast invuln ult. Aka just don't play luna with her in duo setups. Invis cloak pref
3. I have at minimum 2 people who wants to play infront of me, one of which is a shield tank so I can get value bouncing my balls off everyone. Lol she's a gimmicky melee character who gets little to no over shield meanwhile Winter Soldier gets over shield out the ass simply by using his abilities and they don't even have to hit. She has little range outside of her lattice abilities which of course require lattice which means no lattice or too little and you get locked out of half her abilities. She's also a team-oriented dps like Storm so she benefits a lot from comms and without comms you can't benefit as much from her. I just can't see her being overpowered or anything. In Order for melee dps to be overpowered they usually need low ttk or high mobility. Her mobility is decent but its not like she's Spider-Man. You can also use her shift to move around but I feel like the cool down is a little too long and if you do that she'll have a harder time securing kills.

Playing Peni this patch and Im noticing having 4 webs makes her hold so much stronger. Mentally, I still think about her having 3 webs but with 4 you can place your nest even further back or even use that extra web to cut off spots where enemies would like to jump over the extended web to get an angle. Her gun shooting faster bullets makes it slightly easier to target fliers which is nice too plus you can web up the entire point without gaps easily which can be useful on Shin Shibuya or the vampire map where she was already decently strong.

So Monster Hulk still can juggle but it's inconsistent. You almost won't juggle twice.
Rogue is fucked, she guarantees to trigger Tenacity alone.
Thing is kinda fucked. Ground slam counts as 4 CC, so don't do slam+ult combo because it triggers Tenacity.
Wolverine is also fucked. His ult count as 4 CC, you must not use it if they got CC before hand. Otherwise you'll miss your ult. Kidnap+ult is exactly 6 CC, enough to trigger Tenacity.
Widow's CC counts as 4 as well but nobody play this character.

Other characters are probably fine with current system.
