It keeps telling me it’s already in use with a different IP even though I’m in the same place on the same internet. What could be the cause? Is my modem refreshing the IP or something?

I changed my PIN number and it seems fixed. This started happening after the hack

I'm on icloud relay. I get the "IP changed" thing 2/3 of the time I try to post. I wish it didn't count a login for an IP if you don't actually post something.
