If you're looking for only-white full blown Aryan servers, forget it. They don't exist. There is always some sort of brown on them.

There's Vidyascape, a 2007 based Runescape private server (that has a thread on this board), on which pretty much anything goes. They only mute if someone schizoposts 24/7 in global chat. Mainly frequented by Amerimutts, Europoors and a couple of Brapsillians.

Besides that you can simply go through this board and check stuff out yourself. Do your own research, especially about moderators of the servers.

That type of community definitely does not exist anywhere in 2025.
The best you can do is just try to find some like-minded friends and just play games with them.
I personally have not joined any gaming "community" in well over a decade, certainly not since Discord became popular. There's no reason to when I've seen first-hand just how soft and whiny people are online these days.
In the rare instance I feel like playing something multiplayer and new, I try to get a friend or two to join me. If that doesn't work, I just play solo. Literally can't stand socializing with all the underage and brown people in gaming these days.

Wallcraft is a private WoW server and has pretty based people. Sometimes Wall gets offended over Christian cuck shit, but other than that he's pretty cool and advocates for free speech. Came here to say this, HoN is completely based, from the artstyle that denotes a more male centric theme and aesthetic with grit instead of the kid/female friendly League or DOTA 2, the game is pure testosterone, designed with old fashioned senses ala Doom, Quake, Starcraft, etc. Blood and gore, satisfying killing sound, violence, high test announcer with words like genocide, annihilation, bloodlust, etc, the game is designed and encouraged to trash talk. Right now HoN has had a new update called Reborn and many are playing, though the game is quickly dying due to the developers not patching the game properly and it having lots of bugs. I recommend you at least experience it before it dies.

Anyhow, CS2 is completely unmoderated on Valve servers and most people don't really give a shit regardless. Proximity VC in Rising Storm where you tell GI wife not gonna recognize him when he go home in body bag in the most stereotypical accent you can manage is a selling point and the game is also very easy to play if you have an ounce of patience, much easier than CS if you suck at shooters. If people are getting annoyed by you for what you say in these games then it's probably because you're genuinely annoying.

I feel like they have to right? We can't be the only ones longing for the old wild west Internet especially in the age of censorship. The only game I've played recently that comes to mind is War or Rights. If you turn off the voice filter in options and join the confederates it's almost always filled with people in chat making edgy jokes and saying nigger. Never seen anyone get banned for it either. Chivalry 2, nobody cares if you say a slur.
But it's Chivalry 2. Game can't decide between being fun and being balanced. Some things in the game make no sense. Good or bad at the game, you will get angry because of how stupid it can get.
And the developers abandoned it. It's the only game that fits these criteria that I can think of, but on servers that are FFA it's best to be a bit wary in case you get some jeet posting you on reddit. As a game I suggest you avoid it, but it fits what you want.

There is already a ban category for spamming/cheating/being disruptive etc. There's no need for the additional rule of "hate speech." I have also quite literally been banned from online games for simply saying the no-no words even though I am not one of those gamethrowers/spammers. It is just a fact that many online games these days are pussified and will ban you for saying trans people aren't real or anything remotely politically incorrect.
