>>2433701 I kneel. >find only a few team heals, no opportunity to rescue more than a couple civvies >tuning doesn't proc >later on spectating teammate >drops multiple team heals of each type on death
>>2435123 If your character isn't able to sit in the skybox 24/7 then all 500 tech bakugos and nagants are all staring at your fat all might ass jiggling on the floor while you heal
>>2436772 Nagant's air walk is much better than space hop, as it carries a lot of your momentum and you can do it in any direction which is what every beamer would want. Even with the jump tech to add momentum, space hop can't compare.
>>2437397 >2 damage Thank you. I'm glad it's not as serious as the other FPS bugs, but I feel for our switch frogs. For the rest, it's probably never going to be a factor.
>>2437965 >abandoned her kid shortly after his dad died >flat-out says she chose heroing over him >positions it as being for The Mission >still yucks it up with reporters on TV >probably attends events where she hangs out with other kids (Kotaro definitely watches these) I still don't get how her she was surprised her kid grew up to be a shithead. It's wild that the entire series kicked off just because she was a terrible mom.
>>2438357 the series kicked off because an evil dickhead was born 100 years before and decided to run around being a prick. she was also given "greatest power ever" so it's not really surprising she decided to foster it and look for someone to pass it on to rather than sit around raising a kid
>>2438357 >>2438386 All Might manages to be who he is and still hold down a teaching job and mentor Deku. Do they ever elaborate on the state of society in Nana's time? Like did she have to be out battling villains 24/7 because it was borderline Mad Max anarchy or something?
Because otherwise, she should absolutely have been able to be a hero while still raising Kotaro.
>>2439228 I think it was less about time devotion and more that AfO was still running around perfectly healthy and if Nana had any kind of regular contact with Kotaro AfO would've definitely found him and fucked him up/held him hostage to get to her.
I mean he ended up finding Kotaro anyway and fucking up her grandson so it was all for naught, but she couldn't have known that. At the time, distancing herself was a sensible thing to do.
>>2439204 Why on earth did Byking decide to give All Strike so much movement? On the off chance I don't explode immediately when he looks in my direction he can just fuck off 200 yards as soon as things look -5% less favorable. Hate this season, at least Techtoss is fun...
I didn't even abuse his gamma to get kills and I still got 10 kills with him. Unc-Might 100% needs a gamma nerf, Shit comes back way too fast at level 9.
>>2440563 Well, there doesn't seem to be a lot of people going for it. Most of my matches had at least one bot team and a couple dozen players that I'd regularly come across. Lots of newbies too, likely just checking out the mode and not even thinking of grinding it.
>>2441451 wait are they planning on shadowdropping her? Byking surely wouldn't be this retarded and avoid dedicating a Season to her, I might be a faggot but even I know Mirko brings all the boys to the yard.
>>2441757 >drop one of the most anticipated characters of the game's entire life as a surprise at the end of a season, rather than the beginning >everyone's already spent their tickets for this season >rake in the gacha purchases
>>2443293 Looking at the character polls, mirko is more popular in other regions compared to japan by a fair margin, but this is not a surprise as japs have notoriously garbage taste
I do not get why redditors think its Miruko. Is it just a weeb thing? Its Mirko. Just because japanese people say Gatsu doesnt mean his name isnt Guts canonically.
>>2444086 It's not just about pronunciation, Japanese is a completely different set of runes, they can only spell it as "Miruko", so anyone direct translating will come to that conclusion. But apparently the name is meant to be a reference to an MMA fighter named Mirko so that's it's definitely what it's meant to be
>>2444266 >Japanese is a completely different set of runes, they can only spell it as "Miruko" They can only spell it that way in Japanese, but most Japanese people can speak and read some amount of English, and a lot of them are proficient in English. It's a basic course in Japanese public school, even. MMA fighter reference aside, the mangaka is perfectly capable of giving an official English-alphabet spelling of the name. Luffy's name isn't based on anything, but Oda was still able to dictate that his name is "Luffy" and not "Ruffy".
>>2444291 That's fair but there's a few points to make... first, both your previous examples have been main characters in their respective series, Mirko is just an extra, and so there would be less opportunity to clarify her name outside of katakana. Secondly, Japanese people don't care about, for example, the distinction between Luffy and Ruffy, or Mirko and Miruko, it's identical to them in spelling and pronunciation. Even if they learn some English, learning the official accurate English pronunciation of manga characters would be a fleeting interest to them, not something they use regularly, or the grounds for an autistic debate.
But all that aside, if you're on an English speaking reddit thread and you see it spelled Miruko, I'd agree with you it's technically wrong, but I wouldn't be offended
>>2444779 I dont think he would, I was matched with him once and he was constantly on top of calling cards, drinking support items and backup. I think hes just an incredibly good player
>Strike Shiggy's beta can be canceled into ANY gamma, not just his own >Strike Shiggy beta into Strike Shoto gamma freeze to extend the AoE damage into Assault Kiri alpha I know of one combo even nastier than this, but I haven't had the opportunity to make it yet.
>>2444857 I think the bug you're referring to is achieved by suspending the game window in the middle of air movement. But this time I did actually mess with game files.
>>2446290 I can't work out how to do advanced stuff like that. I was only editing client-side parameters, but that would probably require an injection of new code into the game.
I love dying in a 1v3 and seeing my clueless retard console teammate wandering around like a lost dog thats not even able to press the dodge button when a nagant shits two beams on her
>>2445862 Though I can't say this has happened in my regular games often if ever and I assume it has something to do with Tech Shoto's alpha shenanigans (no clue how it works really, can it block damage?), this shit drives me up the fucking wall nonetheless. Clip marginally related, shield is the only thing I can trust and it betrays me half the time.
>>2446621 >Tech Shoto's alpha shenanigans Looking at the clip again I'm pretty confident the ice that appears on the ground had something to do with it. Freezes + damages anyone too close, the second patch got destroyed instantly and you can hear the 'doink' collision sound in the full clip, so it tanked the hit for me, seems like. >Clip Epic that her Beta just randomly chooses to be for decaration at times, very cool mechanic.
>>2447174 >Epic that her Beta just randomly chooses to be for decaration at times, very cool mechanic. Sometimes it chooses not to exist at all, I'm a big fan, since at least then I know for sure there's no cover.
>ACB Overtime, we need to defend >Defending Point A 1v2 >Literally everyone else is fighting B >Point C is being captured uncontested >Win the 1v2 but we still end up losing because I was the only one to try and make it over to C Just gotta keep brawling for the middle, huh.
:) Kinda sucks that for this season you have to play Star, AFO and Bakugo 30 times each alongside other missions, iirc requirements were more spread out before, like 10 for this character, 20 for another etc. Felt nicer.
>>2448494 Tech AFO is just hiding a building and spamming your gamma or hiding behind a wall and using your beta and hope the enemy isnt one of the 50 characters with retarded huge AOEs that will hit you behind walls like Tech Bakugo
>>2449610 >His alpha shoots a AOE I mentioned that, but it's shit. The main projectile does like 40 damage and the AoE damage from it is super inconsistent. His aimed alpha is great, but unaimed isn't worth using. >his beta shoots 3 AOE spheres They're basically projectiles. >but they stay for 6 seconds and you can walk into them! And take a grand total of 5 damage. They don't even go through walls either, which was the point of the original post.
Tech Bakugo does not get to sit at the table with Tech Shoto, Tech Dabi, Strike Endeavor, Assdeavor, Strike Shiggy, etc.
>final circle down to final two full teams >fight starts and we get really good damage on 2 of them >about to down those 2 and win us the game >enemy AFO swaps quirks to tech denki >I crash because of it you can cause others to crash in your stead? the symbol of fear is too powerful
>>2450118 >or just doesn't work at all I've been noticing this with Monoma. It feels like sometimes I go for a swap and the button just does nothing, for no reason.
Did I run into some kind of bot? they said a voice line twice before so I thought maybe they just started the match AFK, but they just stood still and did special action when approached, no reaction to being attacked either.
>>2451854 Probably has special action on auto-fire and that's it. Couple seasons ago I've had an afk/bot teammate who was simply moving from side to side a little bit.
>>2451752 >patch notes may 13th 2026 >AFO crash bug acknowledged, fix scheduled for late S19 >Twice's beta damage reduced by 1 >Iida's recipro turbo duration increased by 5% (for internal testing only, do not include this in the patch notes)
Damn, AssKiri hits like a truck. His Gamma kept exploding me during customs and I only now discovered that shit does 200 damage base at 9. I've never really given either Kiri much thought so... wow.
>>2454611 >>2454527 That's barely audible with so much going on in the game. The enemy would have to drink potions standing, not crouching, you'd have to be on the opposite side of the wall to hear that. Are you guys playing with loudness equalization or something?
>>2454631 It's more noticeable at the end of the game when less is going on. It's also VERY noticeable in the storm. I just have music turned off and that's it. Just being able to hear footsteps more clearly is already pretty good.
>>2454631 It's not going to be noticeable if everything's exploding around you, but there are plenty of times when there are only two teams in an area, so there isn't a whole lot of attack SFX going on. I play with music off and SFX turned up. It's useful for pinpointing enemy position off of footsteps, too.
Impressive changes, I really hope there's more changes to the gameplay than just this. Strike deku gets +40 damage and +10 DP per alpha, strong tech shiggy and nagant nerf, I love it.
>>2458135 not even close to enough they need to just gut this stupid flying piece of shit she's gotta be the most unhealthy character ever added to the game.
We love buffing already overpowered characters here Give a third gamma to Compress Give blue Toga five more alphas Give Iida's alpha another ammo And make red Bakugo's gamma explosion twice as big
Miscellaneous stuff I'm too lazy to cap; >Support Nejire penalty Alpha reload increased 1sec (5>6) >Strike Dabi Gamma count increase across all levels (32>42 at 9) >Tamaki SA reload buffed from 8 sec to 6 >Nagant SA reload 12>17 sec >Nagant Alpha penalty reload 6>7 sec >Nagant now only gets her second Gamma at 9 >Strike Dabi Beta and Alpha damage buff >Rapid Hawks Alpha and Gamma damage buff >AAM apparently had the range of his lvl 9 Alpha cut by 1/3? Also this Deku buff, for his crouch shot looks like?
>>2458095 >Strike deku gets +40 damage and +10 DP per alpha You misread. Strike Deku gets +10 down power per alpha and no other changes. Assault Deku gets +40 damage to his crouch shot.
>>2458175 Genuinely, I wonder if Monoma would've gone under the radar for a teensy bit longer if Assdeavor didn't release after him. I always put them in the same release season because the spam that resulted from it perma links them together in my mind.
>>2458172 >assault deku Oh, I see. What an odd thing to buff instead of making it 500 DP. Strike Deku should be able to score a knockdown with one less bullet so that's still cool.
Rapid Toga is still trash. >still needs level 9 on all skills >Still have dogshit movement >Still have absolute trash cooldowns >Still over reliant on having blood >can only appoarch fights the same 1-2 ways The only good thing about this shit character is that her transformation can reset her cooldowns, and she does a shit ton of damage.
more than 50hp, she needed her gamma to have momentum instead of dropping her like a sack of bricks as soon as the animation ends or maybe decreasing the penalty cooldown from 15 fucking seconds or whatever the hell it currently is for one of the shittiest mobility options of any rapid in the game
You guys understand that Toga isn't supposed to be a rape cannon that kills everything without transforming because she has the ability to become every single character, right?
>>2458805 I need blue Toga at 400 HP and doing 200HP on every single attack No I won't use her giant spinning blade alphas that currently shred opponents No I won't use a beta after her gamma to fix the endlag ""problem"" No I won't cooldown reset more to completely negate her "long cooldowns"
>>2458805 i understand that they want you to transform with her, yet they made the ability she uses to extract blood the shittiest move in the game, that is also her only means of escape and that completely gets you FUCKED if you ever miss with it
https://old.reddit.com/r/MyHeroUltraRumble/comments/1tcfono/reminder_that_strike_kiri_can_just_do_all_of_this/ Red Kiri SUCKS. He has to press SO many buttons to do combos, meanwhile Nagant can just headshot. Hopefully red Kiri is buffed!
>>2460787 I think it tries to make a point that an exorcist isn't meant to enjoy monster rape. Or something. There's maybe one or two ahegao adjacent faces, one of them with a nymph in a yuri scene, but I'm not sure if that CG is just in the files and didn't make it to the game.
Thank you to Byking for nerfing the season 14 characters again. Now they take two whole seconds longer to 1v3 wipe my teams with their fundamentally broken kits. That's teach them.
>>2461280 So what's AAM alpha nerf about anyway? Did it decrease range or hitbox on a projectile? Always seemed hitbox was kind of on a bigger side, at least to me.
>>2461471 >or can shinsos always use the trance stun multiple times His gamma? He has 3 ammo at level 9 and it has zero down power. He can absolutely chain it. I was once beamed to death by a Shinso spamming his gamma to stunlock me while his Shoto and Deku turned me into Swiss cheese. That was before the down power changes to alphas, so it wouldn't be a TOD anymore, but you could still get hit by 3-4 alphas during the stunlock and it would still hurt a lot.
If you mean his special action, he generally can't use it multiple times in a row. There are a few exceptions where the ammo for it won't be consumed, but that's generally if it gets blocked by a move (not blocked by terrain) or I think if it hits an enemy and puts them into hard knockdown instead of stunning them because their down power was too high already. In any case, if his special action successfully stuns, it always consumes the ammo once the stun wears off.
Cementoss is the most fun character in the game, being able to wall people in with you or make a african hut in the middle of final circle USJ to full heal is funny asf
>>2462599 You have to press one button to instantly cross the map after Iida uses his entire gamma to run from you then do 300 damage in one combo to kill him instantly as a non rapid character
>in campus union >having an intense 1v1v1 in solos >older coupe walks by asking for directions >tell them where to go, return back to game >I'm dying >panic, barely mange to get myself out of the mess I'm in >beat one of them, die to the other
>killed the same strike shiggy four times in a single match in the span of five minutes I kinda feel bad for the guy, and the Momo who was with him that must've kept making revive cards to bring him back
>>2469456 It doesn't help that all her moves suck ass. >alpha is weird and delayed >beta puts you stationary in the sky for like 5 seconds and doesn't even break guard >gamma is completely useless because people can just spam roll and avoid your retardedly slow alpha
>>2473659 Yep. Unfortunately by the time I had a clone, my level 10 Warp Heal ran out, but otherwise yes. It's the only way to heal clones aside from heal cards and Overhaul, and it's the only way to give clones GP aside from Overhaul. It's not possible to heal beta clones through any means, though. They have a max HP of 1.
>>2473723 >landing a single marble was already a free guard break >now that combo does like 500 total damage because each one of his alphas is ~100 fucking damage >plus he can still carpet bomb whole groups with trucks
I wish asshauls alpha did slightly more or that his gamma had as many as stars since it whiffs so often. several of those downs were accidents when using the beta and not intentional
>>2474117 If I didn't PU I'd have another in stock somehow. https://streamable.com/l7vz3a Maybe Ability Manifest bugged out on my earlier, single reload card, but that shouldn't be enough before this fight. Beta also bugged out once, so what do I know.
>>2474121 >Maybe Ability Manifest bugged out on my earlier, single reload card What's in that clip isn't fast reloading though, it's *instant* reloading. Like you can see the bar filling normally, and then all of a sudden it jumps to full. It happens to all your ammo, too. To fill that fast, Ability Manifest would need to be giving you like 1000% reload speed.
I'm not sure whether it's tied to you getting downed either, because it always refills just BEFORE you get downed, never on the actual frame where you get downed. I've never seen anything like this.
I was wondering if it was from me using a card at the same frame my SA came up but it did not seem to have any effect. Bugs and lag make him a god, I guess.
>>2474153 Oh I see what it was, I should've included sound. I died at the same frame I got PU, so it kept reloading on death. Mystery solved. https://streamable.com/8necq8
>>2476405 >and they were way better than solos It wasn't. >or acb True but that's also the low bar to clear. A mode where everyone is forced to be AfO and players can only attack using his air melee would be more fun than ACB.
>>2477353 >big scare at the beginning of this season got a bunch of people to uninstall their mods for fear of being banned >surprise surprise, the unverified claims given by a nameless "trusted hacker" were a big fucking nothingburger
>spawn screen glitched out an let us choose anywhere on the screen to land, not just the playable area No out of bounds shenanigans sadly, I got sent to the southern border of the playable area while the AFO ended up near the chunkster
>>2482731 the devs really love their "non mobility characters can go fuck themselves" areas where it's just large flat spaces with no buildings to hide in.
>teammate and I die in a 2v3 >our other teammate, an expert 2 Tamaki, is in the middle of vaporizing a destructible booth with a fully charged gamma just to loot one red box I think I've had enough of ranked for today. Perhaps forever.
>>2486127 Unfortunately I don't think download and upload are going to do much, yeah. The increase was probably just you getting bigger bandwidth, which means the data isn't getting to you any faster, you're just getting more of it at a time, which means downloads and uploads finish faster. Are you already on fiber optic Internet? That's basically the only way you can increase the actual speed of the signal.
>>2486092 In addition to what the other anon said, other than physically relocating closer to the server, you could try a VPN for better routing but I doubt that'll improve your gaming experience very much. You could check your latency to Bamco's NA servers using wireshark or something similar then test out a VPN and check wireshark again and see if there's any meaningful difference.
I got my internet downgraded in every capacity so now playing at all (unless I want to be deadweight) is unreasonable for me. Farewell for a while my fellow froggas
>>2486716 I'm not sure if it's accurate, but I looked at process monitor once and my connection was 150ms latency. If that's true, that would explain A LOT, but in any case I still manage to show level 8 Dekus who picked up the game yesterday who's boss. Be positive!
When you think about it, if you ignore all the characters that are worse than him, and you fall asleep while playing, then Endeavor is the worst character in the game actually.
I like the part where you can sometimes completely ignore an attack's knockdown value for no reason, throwing you off and letting the enemies get more hits in on you
>>2489536 >this is unacceptable especially considering the majority of the cast are minors >mfw the person who made the fucking tierlist is himself a minor Getting bent out of shape over sexualizing people who don't exist is dumb to begin with, but it's extra stupid in this case because the characters are in the poster's fucking age group. Like if anyone SHOULD be "allowed" to sexualize the main cast, it's people who share their canonical age.
>>2486873 Downgraded to a community wifi of a whopping 3 MB/s upload and 1 MB/s upload. Massive instability, as it constantly fluctuates from as low as 30 to as high as 500+. On average it bounces around 70 - 180. I had better time playing on the JP server with my last internet. I'll hopefully be able to upgrade my internet sooner than later before the end of the next season.
>Using Iida >Aizawa hits me with his SA right as I alpha up and away >Glide all the way over the map Wish I had clipped it, was kinda fun to experience.
>Twice's SA clones are completely incapable of using the teleporters on Neo >even if you bait them into walking through it, they don't get teleported >if the final circle ends up on Coffin, Twice can't even bring his clones up there with him
>>2493121 They don't do true melee characters. Her kicks will send shockwaves, or she'll have a super homing move, or she'll shoot people with her robot arm.
>>2493763 Mirko major tuning gives you extreme dash speed for a limited time like space hop, will be run exclusively by melee fags and the class rep to try and larp that he's still the fastest
After playing about dozen games with Tech AFO I realized that I've barely ever seen anyone use his uncharged alpha and no one seemed to expect me to just start beaming them from range. Just something that stood out to me. And it's a shame he doesn't get full GP back by using his SA, but maybe that would've been too strong. And people can sometimes crawl away from it, so it misses, funny bug.
It will be funny when Mineta releases and we have characters this small running around. (I would have directly attached the clip I'm talking about, but I can't seem to compress this shitty fucking 4 second GIF below 4 MB, so here it is: https://files.catbox.moe/o3sn01.gif )
>>2495059 animated webp support when, hell just let us upload videos set to loop, that's what websites like tenor and twitter do because gifs are so large.
>>2495069 >just let us upload videos set to loop I mean, that's what WebMs are, aren't they? I just couldn't be bothered to find software that converts GIF into WebM, and EZGIF couldn't compress the GIF small enough to post.
>>2495076 Here, ffmpeg is a must have for me. Pinned thread on /wsg/ has some info on how to make webms, in this case I did >-c:v libvpx-vp9 -an -crf 0 -b:v 3000k idk if it's optimal or not though, but looks fine
If I unlink my account ingame, am I able to immediately link it to an empty account without losing anything? I forgot my ID for PC and I'm trying to sync my console to it.
>>2498523 I doubt you'd lose anything, because linking your account to a Bandai Namco ID doesn't actually DO anything. Its only purpose was for connecting a MHUR account to a MHUI account for that one collab last year. Now that MHUI is shuttered, the BNID doesn't actually matter until the next collab event involving two Bandai MHUR games.
>>2499071 1. I like how he looks in it, I'm going insane with his feet out 2. Tuning build I wanna try (SHop and Hyper-regen on base) Strictly speaking, I'd take really any of his PURs but it's the highest on my preference list.
>>2498607 There's no actual cross progression even with this dumb linking system? Lame. I appreciate you for answering though, steam wasn't helpful and I did not want to wade through the ultra rumble discord to find this out
>>2499097 >>2499089 >I'm going insane with his feet out kek that's good enough of a reason I was gonna say you should save your materials until he gets a purple and yellow hero costume. But if you happen to get some of his PURs, his very best costume right now is Rewind Ver. (Combat), followed by base Rewind version and then by Wearable (Fancy) and Formal Suit (Heat). Base Rewind would still be his best if not for the recent critical permeation changes after the bug fix to the tuning, where it now ends your invulnerability early when you're considered to be attacking, like being in Yafo's gamma mode or while holding down Rapid Might's Alpha. No more free, uninterruptible prep time (7 seconds in total) for your huge AoE gamma blast.
>>2499475 >a purple and yellow hero costume More than likely I still won't even have the 10 TechShiggy mats I'd need even if I did get his suit, so I'm not opposed to doing other builds. I'd probably do Formal (Heat) for Accel (the lunge on his ground meele is obscene) + Hyper-regen or maybe Crit. Assuming I DO get his Suit, of course. >No more free, uninterruptible prep time (7 seconds in total) for your huge AoE gamma blast. Well, that's lame to have missed out on. So it goes.
>>2499410 >There's no actual cross progression even with this dumb linking system? Correct, which is also why I'm pretty sure you can't have more than one MHUR installation linked to a single BNID at the same time, even if one is console and one is PC.
>>2499720 Strike Kendo's nerfs significantly downgraded her. She lost her beta dashing, the ability to chain multiple air melees after her gamma, and her melee cancel.
She's still not bad even now, but she used to be much stronger.
I wish they'd make Tech Dabi's traps immune to AoE. Feels bad to have a whole room's worth of traps negated because of a single Strike Shiggy beta or AfO gamma, etc.
>>2500991 I didn't think about the storm, sorry. I just wanted to delay you from going for the box just a little longer. But also, it was only two traps, and they weren't even in the same direction. I didn't expect you to hit both of them.
>>2501478 No man they kept coming back through the portal nothing I can do unfortunately you took the beta portal instead of the connector, my bad there
Did people finally stop pretending that Twice is bad, I've been seeing him played more than more powerful characters, including half of the characters released in the last two seasons
>>2505260 We're up there, but the current frontrunner is Compress+Tech Nejire+Kurogiri who are just carpet bombing the whole circle with infinite mobility.
>>2506126 The giant Mic skateboard is actually silly. It's like those shitposts saying Ochaco should get a skillset where she climbs into her little car and drives it around.
>>2506160 Doubt it, leakers confirmed it was him alongside Mirko and Mic. But hey, we can always get a Mt Lady qss to go with her new costume please byking
Mirko's beta is literally just Strike Deku's beta with just a couple spins added to the animation. The end frame is literally the same. Byking is running out of ideas and money, EOS soon.
>>2506176 >literally just Strike Deku's beta With a lot more forward momentum. In one of the shots, it looked more like Strike Kiri does when he jumps mid-alpha. Also she can probably combo off the bounce, whereas Strike Deku mostly can't.
>>2506214 She might be slightly less of a headache just by virtue of her melee not being armored and not having a beamer slop alpha. Rapid Deku's grounded alpha is stupid strong.
>>2506222 This is such a weird one. Is it a "different" costume, technically? Or is it just one additional recolor of one of his existing costumes? Because nothing appears to be physically different about it.
>No new Ochako skin(we haven't gotten one since december) >Don't care for Mic and Aizawa QSS >Mirko looks like accel bait >No momo, froppy, iida, kendo, and ibara skins >More Overhaul skins Pretty mid.
>>2506257 Season 15 was the worst. The only thing bad about this season was the storm changes and SnS being a boring character. Overall this season was boring as fuck.
>>2506224 It's REALLY low effort considering it's in the Cyber Hero line. Say what you will about the rest visually but they are, at least, actually different outfits.
>>2506257 >Star is not a popular character and she's rather boring to play, she's also to blame for the storm changes to make her SA and special tuning work >Strike Afo is fun but you can't use his main gimmick without risking a crash. Has a pretty good special tuning, but I always feel I'm not using it to its fullest if my team isn't well coordinated >Techugo is okay, but feels more like a small upgrade to his base instead of a proper new set. His special tuning is too circumstantial to bring a new alternative to tech slots >Ranked costumes suck >Giving ACB a bit of focus instead of letting it slither away into irrelevance
>>2506324 I was going to say everyone is going to get more use of that board than Mic, but that'd require someone to play as Mic in the first place and that ain't happening.
>>2506126 >>2506126 >Mic skillset incoming >Aizawa skillset incoming >Cementoss gets the sickest skin known to man (again) >Not a single nerf in sight The teacher trio is once again, completely UP
>>2506420 >Should I pull for (character that looks like shit but is sexy) or (character that will be obnoxious and broken) only you can decide the answer to this
>>2506420 Id pull for both if i wasnt fuckin broke I main mic, and im excited for mirko >>2506453 As long as they keep the damage output intact, ill take it
Planned to main her with Ochaco since before the game came out. I will finally have all my mains in the game. Just those two. I don't need anyone else.
I feel bad for Mic, his surprise release meant almost nobody rolled for him and now his QSS is releasing alongside unquestionably the queen of MHA, you have to be gayer than Minetafag to not roll on Mirko to get Mic instead
>>2507718 One does not roll for Mic because they like the character. You roll for him knowing he's so irrelevant he'll dodge nerfs until the end of times no matter how strong he ends up being
>go into match >my cheating Ochako KOs the entire lobby, almost in an instant >load into another match >a cheating Shoto KOs my entire team, almost in an instant The crazy thing is, I recognized that Shoto's name from the last match. If my Ochako hadn't insta-killed everyone, he probably would've slowly picked off players with his PU/attack buff hacks. Third time's the charm, I guess.
>>2508942 They kept releasing more broken characters with time, OFA Deku, Nagant and AAM for example, all 3 of them have TOD combos and even after several nerfs anyone competent enough will mollywhop you in less than 5 seconds, you will have a bad time.
>>2508837 >change Quirk Skill Sets to Battle Styles >still call new characters battle styles (case in point: Armored All Might but he isn't an alternative battle style like Tech Shiggy and even he was marketed as a new battle style aka a new character >no one knows what is a battle style or a new character anymore Bravo Bamco. I don't think DJ Board Present Mic is a new character, but a QSS. Thus, Mirko won't be in his QSS pool.
>in the mood to actually play area control for once (i hate myself and it's too damn warm) >no one actually feels like playing other than me, so they keep throwing at every opportunity well, at least i can amuse myself with chako...
>>2508942 >I left when they stooped giving tickets with Dailies and Weeklies For what it's worth, you get more tickets per season now than ever before.
>>2509166 >>2509176 Tech Nejire is still good if you know what you're doing. She's a flier with giant 100+ damage projectiles.
One of the most prominent teams in the tournament scene right now is a Tech Nejire+Compress+Kurogiri. I don't think they've lost a tournament yet, and their Tech Nejire routinely gets 8-9 KOs or more and 8k+ damage.
>>2509625 With the shielding and healing you do to yourself (and teammates at times) you have near constant uptime to continue spamming your obnoxious alpha. In scenarios where no one is looking at you or a teammate is grabbed, the ability to regen others can and has many times for me saved teammate lives quantifiably. Also obnoxious into a teammate Mt. Lady giant form
>>2510085 You need 2000 tickets to guarantee her, if you play a lot when she comes out you can probably get enough tickets to guarantee her before her banner expires from the seasonal license, ranked rewards and all the stuff they added since you left assuming your ticket count is in the double digits, if it's higher then it'll be way easier. Hell, if you jump in right now you can easily nab at least 20 seasonal license levels for a good chunk of tickets and crystals. If you have a lot of free time you could get around 40 levels if you focus on completing seasonal missions.
>>2510106 >if you play a lot when she comes out you can probably get enough tickets to guarantee her before her banner expires from the seasonal license, ranked rewards and all the stuff they added since you left The maximum tickets you can get in a season is only around 1600 last I remember, and that's including the entire seasons' worth of login bonuses. If he wants to hit 2000, he'll probably need to start the season 500-600 tickets at least.
There's still a couple days left in this season though, so turbo-grinding IS an option.
>>2510399 Forgot this was a half anni season since the hot SHIT rolls didn't give me crap. If you reach level 30 in the seasonal license you get a rainbow ticket that can guarantee a random character or quirkset out of a pool of eight that you get to choose.
>>2510399 Alpha's the name of the game, insanely fast and easy to hit. It can also heal the GP of your teammates if you aim at them/they're in range of its explosion. Beta heals and damages, you can detonate at will for damage. It heals any allies inside of it before you detonate it slowly, like a Support card, and gives a flat heal to them and yourself when detonated. Gamma is a shield that'll deflect a certain amount of damage for the whole team. The range is infinite so it's good to always try and have it up.
>>2510399 Quick note, don't tap fire her alpha, you cut her fire-rate down by like half, hold it instead and its way faster and more annoying, i STILL see people struggle with this. Also, i don't remember if anyone mentioned this, but characters and quirksets are finally back to being buyable with character tickets, the yellow ones. The latest ones you can unlock are Hawks/Mic and rapid toga, alongside anyone who was released before them.
>>2510452 >characters and quirksets are finally back to being buyable with character tickets, the yellow ones Nice. Seems like i can get Mic, Speed Toga and Green Overhaul. Gonna get Mic and i'll leave the other one for later
>>2510455 >Season ends in two days, right? Not happening You only have to hit battle pass level 30, and there are tons of seasonal missions available to you plus the XP event missions. It's doable. Remember that you can also burn hero crystals for license XP.
You want Mirko to master her and add another main to your arsenal. I want Mirko to suck absolute ass playing her and drop her after a week. We are not the same.
All of her moves combo off of each other, her alpha bounces off of walls/the ground like Aizawa's alpha, and her special action is a homing dash to close distance/apply pressure. She seems very fun.
>>2511613 >training outfit in the license >Mt Lady's cyber hero outfit likely on Mirko's banner Thank you byking, thanks for taking horny broke niggas like me into consideration.
>>2511613 >new Shiggy and Mt. Lady costume for the agency event Feels like we JUST had new event costumes for them. Shiggy had a PUR in the license this season!
are people memeing about assault all might being good this guy fucking sucks, his alpha is slow as hell and does no damage, his beta is extremely telegraphed and slow, and his gamma lasts for 3 seconds and you can get knocked out of it by half the roster
>>2512258 She is either a rapid or an assault. I'm leaning more towards rapid since we just got tokoyami last season. We haven't had a rapid character or qss in a while, and the whole "squishy" thing rapids use to have isn't really that prevalent anymore since half of them have 300 hp by now.
I can't play this shit anymore, it's just rapid deku teleporting onto me, nagant hitting me for 300 damage in one combo then fleeing into the skybox, and tech mirio being invulnerable while still doing damage for free
>>2512258 She looks somewhat quick, but I think the biggest lean towards rapid is that her moves look like they're focused on stunning one person for a long time >>2512215 I don't know that I've ever seen anyone call him "good" that actually plays him. All of his moves are very slow and committal, he's big as hell and does mediocre damage. He's been completely power crept and you'd be doing better with the same effort on any other character.
Well, i got 210 tickets and 3k crystals in total, so, yeah, yo ufellas were right about that. Not gonna play anymore today, cause i'm still getting used to how brutal this game got, but, i will be playing on the Mirko season
>>2513599 Yeah, that was a login bonus a couple seasons ago. They did introduce Revive Tokens, which you can redeem for limited-time things from the past (for example, Season 1 emotes) but it seems they're releasing those gradually, so it'll be forever before the Vigilantes stuff shows up in the Revive Token shop.
I suppose I'll roll for Mirko. I have more than enough stocked up to get her, and its not like we'll be getting any more cute girls anytime soon, so it'll be fine.
>new Tech Might costume, Tamaki costume, Kurogiri costume, Nagant costume, Nejire costume, Overhaul costume, Mic costume, Cementoss costume, and Mirio costume are all on separate banners Goddamn, Byking really wants to milk the players dry.
>>2513917 >>2513921 Yellow. Not Gonna lie bros, I don't think I have it in me to play another season where Strike Shiggy has no changes in the positive
>Tech Dabi's beta down power decreased from 150 to 65 His traps can deal twice as much damage to a single target before knocking them down, now. Pretty fucking significant Tech Dabi buff, especially considering his traps stunlock on HP.
>>2513954 Holy SHIT, i've been wanting this for so LONG, i can finally play characters like red kiri, both kendo's, ect without having to mess with my keybinds between matches.
>>2514038 His beta, I think. After he uses it to go into the air, he can initiate a ground pound even while his beta ammo is empty, meaning it might be a different button press.
>>2514058 I wish I could too, but I have to save for Gentle now that the leak has been confirmed. >>2514061 That's pretty interesting. Can't wait to see his full kit in action.
>>2514145 The change is the number of hits. It used to have like, 4 hits. It now does a bunch of hits, similar to Bakugo's gamma. This will actually end up being a decent damage increase for his beta because due to the way tuning works, EACH one of those hits will receive +1 damage at minimum, even if you only put a single beta tuning on him. It looks like 11 hits, so that's +11 damage right there.
>Tech Mic's tuning is a 20% attack boost for 7 seconds when a teammate gets their shield broken >10 second cooldown at level 11 >mfw the enemy Nagant is running this tuning and there is an immortal Tech Shiggy on her team who is getting his shield broken every few seconds
>Adjusted the length of invincibility after performing a PU/PC attack to not end for 1 second after the attack. Any HERO willing to test this out in training? 07473
>When dealing damage to an opponent using a healing item, the healing animation can no longer be canceled by certain abilities. No mention of which abilities, though. So some attacks now still deal damage, but don't interrupt heals?
>>2514555 https://streamable.com/1s5y9x "Increased the fall speed until landing after exceeding a certain height on each stage." Here's a clip of that in action.
>>2514577 >Kirishima versus Tech Aizawa is now a 10-0 matchup Assault Kiri can't catch Aizawa, and Aizawa can beat his armor with his special action whenever Kiri's special action runs out. Strike Kiri is the one who rapes Aizawa because he can just get hard and run Aizawa down with his mobility and range while Aizawa can't do anything to him.
>>2514587 >>2514593 Why would you ever NOT want the level up card shortcut turned on? You really want to have to open your inventory to use rainbow cards on your skills?
>>2514602 That's not it, they recently introduced a new shortcut to allow you to use rainbow cards without having to pick them up. This disables that option, for which I don't see a good reason to do so, but the shortcut is enabled by default so whatever.
>>2514595 The Special Action cancel is really long now, it takes you to 84~88%, so it takes forever to be usable again. I can unironically see AssKiri manhandling him.
Her mobility is awful unless you hit someone which makes her functionally useless because someone can just roll and nuke you for 300 HP because she takes like a full second to recover from a missed alpha.
>>2514627 You CAN teleport to people if you hit them but her only ranged attack is her gamma and it moves slower than cementoss's logs of shit so that won't ever apply.
You can't deal close to 120 damage with a direct hit from Assault Shiggy's alpha, but the projectile size and decay size and distance is a big increase, it's crazy. His beta and gamma (landing) is almost a mini lv9 strike shiggy beta now too!
>melee only character >no armor on attacks so anyone can just knock her away at least you can use her special action to get up faster so you can get knocked away and take more damage sooner
>>2514616 >>2514624 >That's not it, they recently introduced a new shortcut to allow you to use rainbow cards without having to pick them up. This disables that option, for which I don't see a good reason to do so, but the shortcut is enabled by default so whatever. Are you SURE that's what the setting is for?
Because I'm in Training Mode right now, and when I turn that setting off, I can't press the hotkey to open the level-up shortcut even if I have rainbow cards in my inventory and skills at less than level 9. The shortcut just ceases to function under any circumstances.
So Assault Shiggy was basically giga buffed. He lost most of his TOD routes, but he still has pic related. And in exchange, he gained a massive gamma slam AoE, more alpha damage, and an alpha projectile large enough that he can function as a beamer if he wants to.
So Tech Dabi's beta now has less than half its former down power. It's still coded so that it sends an enemy into soft knockdown after 4 ticks, AND a single trap can only deal 4 hits to a given enemy (meaning even if they're up against a wall or something to where they can't fall out of the trap, they'll only take 4 ticks of damage from it). HOWEVER, this only applies to the specific trap in question. Tech Dabi's traps can combo into each other, meaning if an enemy steps in a trap and gets knocked into another trap by it, they'll take damage from both. Dabi can put two traps directly on top of each other to make a nuclear landmine that deals 240 damage before tuning, because the enemy will take 4 ticks of damage from both traps at once. He can also of course combo other moves into an enemy being hit by a trap, but that's dependent on positioning.
>>2514711 why would you play a character with no ranged that requires skill when you can play AFO deku who has the strongest ranged alpha in the game AND better melee skills
Im sure people will abuse embrit builds with mirko, to crank out more damage Accel too, obviously, but i dont have a clear idea on what combo routes that opens up I dont think theres a way for her to run embrit/iron fist tho
>Her wall leap doesn't work with wall running Wasted opportunity. I don't know where I'd rank Mirko, but if she had super armor on beta or alpha and alpha kept momentum, she might have been a definite top 5. I think she's going to use critical permeation and acceleration as a main tuning setup or the double purple one.
>you can cancel her alpha flip into a normal jump with apparently no real use case >have to always do a directional flip to get ANY speed >have to always use an air melee at the apex of your alpha flip >impossible to cancel the huge delay at the end if you miss or don't hit an obstacle I think Mirko's movement SUCKS.
>>2514932 Same. She either has buildings to alpha flip off of to actually get away or you're dead.
>>2514936 She does, but it cuts her speed in like half unless you're doing the directional camera trick for more speed. So you're always aiming to do W+A or W+D with the camera facing sideways before you flip.
>>2514922 >you can cancel her alpha flip into a normal jump with apparently no real use case You can use the alpha to approach an enemy and then cancel it into an air melee to start a combo.
>>2515124 It's a bit slow for a fake out. Would you use it over using alpha again which is much faster?
>>2515197 I labbed it out and I'm not sure if it's super consistent, but you can try aiming all the way up when you need to clear something with her beta.
>>2514680 Are you high? All of her moves combo into each other. This isn't even using her special action either, which makes most of the HP-exclusive combos true on GP as well.
I can't even upload the full clip to 4chan because it's 3 minutes long: https://h.uguu.se/DHqOQTpW.webm I dropped some combos near the end, but the point still stands.
Mirko is clearly designed to be a combo character. Every time you hit an enemy with an attack, you should be hitting them with additional attacks. Pretty much all of Mirko's skills combo into each other, with the main limitations being down power and whether the enemy has GP. Mirko's base jump height is higher than most other characters, and even her forward jump seems to carry more momentum than most characters.
Mirko's grounded melee is nothing special, but her air melee has good reach and tracking, making it useful as a combo opener. Her air melee->grounded melee combo deals 155 damage, and she can even combo a skill in after it since all those melees still aren't a knockdown.
Mirko's alpha is similar to Aizawa's alpha in the way it bounces off of surfaces. If it doesn't hit a surface or is used while on the ground, it acts more like Mt. Lady's gamma. If you don't hit a surface or an enemy with it, you get punished with pretty severe endlag, so Mirko isn't exactly meant to be flying through the air in the way a lot of other characters do. The reload is 3 seconds per charge at all levels, so it's not just infinite mobility like Aizawa's alpha. However, the penalty reload is only 7-8 seconds, so you're somewhat incentivized to use all of your alphas rather than keeping a spare.
Mirko's beta is her highest-damage single move, dealing a total of 110 damage at level 9. It has a lot of endlag if you don't hit an enemy with it, so it can leave you open to being punished, which makes it not a great mobility tool. Thankfully, the tracking on it seems pretty good, at least against bots. You don't really have to "aim" it more than looking in the enemy's direction and being within range.
>>2515321 Mirko's gamma seems to be designed as a combo opener/extender. It makes a projectile that staggers unarmored enemies on hit and then launches them in the air after damaging them. It only deals 40 total damage at level 9, so it's not a significant damage source, but it does add up. It travels the same distance at all levels, but gets wider at higher levels, and increases to 3 ammo at level 9. The projectile also destroys enemy projectiles, so it can be used to advance in a fashion similar to Tech Shoto's gamma.
Mirko's special action has two uses - if you use it shortly after landing an attack, it immediately cancels whatever animation you might be in the middle of and causes you to dash toward whichever enemy you damaged. Because of the animation cancel, this can make combos true that otherwise would not be, whether because of timing/distance/etc. You can even use this to rush an opponent after you successfully poke them with your gamma from a distance, because while the dash range isn't infinite, it is quite far. If you use her special action shortly after being knocked back by an attack (hard or soft knockback, doesn't matter) you can instantly recover and dash toward the opponent who knocked you back. There's no requirement that you actually take damage, only that you're in the knockback animation, which means you can trigger this feature even after being pushed away by Tech AfO's gamma, for example. It does not apply to stuns. Note that using this function of her SA immediately cancels her iframes.
I don't think Mirko is going to dominate the meta like some of the previous seasons' releases have been, but she's not a bad character. I think her potential for damage output is high, she just has some big problems in that she has no way to deal with armored moves and doesn't have any armored moves of her own to win trades. She's not traditionally fast, but she's fairly agile and could be a hard target to hit during a fight.
>>2515326 It depends on the angle. The higher the target you're rushing toward, the slower you'll descend after executing the tech. Silver lining is that it's fairly hard to go vertical without the alpha just colliding with the enemy if you land the gamma at ground level, and it'd be fairly hard to land a gamma on an airborne enemy, so the odds that a Mirko will actually obtain infinite flight are small. She also can't actually DO anything up there, unlike Nagant.
>ERRRMM, Mirko/new character is bad actually because uhhhhhhhhhh- I ain't falling for that shit. How many times will this happen? >"green Nejire will suck because beta and gamma make her slow and/or stationary. She'll get beamed," >"purple Mirio will suck because counter is readable and no vertical mobility. One read counter = death." >"purple Shiggy will suck because alpha gives a warning zone and gamma heal is really small. Beta merchant at best."
>>2515455 yeah the game isn't terrible at freebies compared to most gachas, between ranked rewards, login rewards (make sure to buy it and login every day), and battle pass you can do a full pity a season
>>2515457 This technically isn't a bug unique to Mirko, but Mirko provides another way to access it. I believe the game has a weird way of handling max velocity and deceleration. Something like, if you break the game's vertical speed limit, it doesn't decelerate you correctly and leaves you with a smaller downward velocity than normal.
>>2515515 There is that and physics being affected by FPS. If the Quirk Swap bug has not been fixed this season, both AFOs can still do the OFA deku gamma flight glitch. And speaking of FPS, I haven't actually checked if any of Mirko's things are affected by a lower or higher frame rate. Maybe a HERO could do it for all of us...
She's a ton of fun. I don't feel acceleration does much for her combos however, I might change it for wallrunner or try a different costume altogether.
>>2515928 We also hit 10k on the charts, and that's just on steam alone, i imagine that just ps4/5 has 2x or 3x that amount, without including the other consoles. With crossplay in the picture (Also a miracle, barely any anime game has it), our playerbase is probably one of the healthiest in the anime game sphere. If we ignore gacha's and stuff, it's literally beating all the major titles: sparking zero, ninja storm, demon souls, one's justice, bleach. Shits crazy, they should really make anime battle royals more often.
>>2515944 I tried acceleration and it is fun to bounce everywhere even faster but her SA makes her combos pretty tight already to the point where I didn't feel it was super impactful
Welll the biggest issue with her is that she's extremely slow, literally any character is gonna be able to catch you out with her which is bad for a rapid.
>try to rapid all might alpha a downed player >projectiles get blocked by nothing >it's actually Mirko's gamma >she appeared from literally nowhere >people are pretending this character is slow solely because they're using alpha wrong
>>2515944 Protip: The final hit of Mirko's grounded melee deals as much damage and has as much down power as her alpha. You could save the ammo and just do a full melee combo and then stack the gammas on after it.
Surprise surprise, Mirko is overpowered and annoying to fight. But at least this time she's actually fun to play instead of being braindead like blue Deku.
>>2516057 At least Mirko has a number of counters. She can't do anything about shields, she can't do anything about armor, her ability to chase is middling and her ability to run away is only good if there are buildings to bounce between to lose line of sight. She also has basically no range, of course. Rapid Deku has none of these weaknesses.
>>2516029 Can't get it to work, doing the full string forces knockdown after one gamma, or two if I don't start with air melee. Even then, I feel going for gamma after the second melee is the better option just because it doesn't make you a sitting duck.
The thing that pisses me off the most about rapid deku is his homing move why did they give the characther with the best mobility in the game a homing fuck you move
>>2516123 No, none of Rapid Deku's moves have armor except his grounded alpha and his melee combo. However, Rapid Deku's homing gamma moves very fast, so if you're not ready to interrupt him the instant you hear the voice line, you're getting bonked.
>>2516142 I can tell you've never even installed the game. >The game is available on Steam, Playstation, XBOX, and Switch, with crossplay between all platforms. Try it sometime!
We don't use gameplay experience here. We imagine a 1v1 in our heads, have our favored character win, and then place the loser in the bottom tier. Tech Debbie vs Nagant? Debbie wins every time. He can simply dodgeroll every attack and she can't get close to melee combo him because traps. Nagant is shit. Teammates? Terrain? The storm? Third-partying? Tuning? Too much to think about.
>>2516247 Slow? Is her run speed different to other characters? Or do you just mean the lack of mobility moves? In which case, I think there's enough for her to get out of most situations, as long as you're not stuck in the open.
>learned today that MHUR is region locked for me due to my country outlawing paid lootboxes for games that don't have a 18+ rating >Even the Steam Store is locked for me >Still can play the game thankfully as it's in my library they almost got me froggas
Reminder that GODbi never loses >But Bakugo's 300 damage gamma Trap >But yellow Shiggy TOD Trap >But blue All Might supplex Trap >But red Kirishima TOD Trap >But the wounded opponent is flying away Midair trap I secretly placed five minutes ago
As if consoleniggers weren't putrid enough no offense, we'll son have lil' Timmy throwing your ranked games from his mom's tablet. You think this has something to do with the new font the game is using?
>>2516953 games need to start letting you filter crossplay by platform and not just a total on or off nobody in any game ever has wanted to have mobilefags on their team.
>>2516953 You know they should port this game onto the Switch 2 instead of downgrading this game for phonebrowns. At least Switch players would put up a decent fight compared to whatever a shitty phonebrown could do.
>>2516953 If nothing else, I'm confident the enshittification of the profile page/leaderboard is for mobile. >Will soon be able to have the privilege of playing with an iPhone Rapidkugo Thank you, Byking-sama.
>special Tunning is no longer locked to actually wearing the outfit >you can equip any outfit you want and have a specific tunning Wow, this shit actually blew me away.
Another thing: with the battle pass, is it better to get the big one or just the normal one?
>roll my 100 tickets i hat left for Armored Might >get him >win the match i got him on This fucker is annoying to play against. I would know cause i was that annoying motherfucker. That freeze and electrocution combo? Brutal. Also, Green Nejire is cancer to fight against, if it's a good one, that is
>>2517310 Yes* She can attack Dabi immediately after he releases her from the grab, but Strike Dabi is a tough opponent for her because she's melee only and has no armor, so every time Dabi makes a flame burst it'll knock her back. She can of course instantly recover from those as well, but it will interrupt her combos frequently.
I spent my last 300 tickets on the Mirko banner cause i wanted the Mt. Lady outfit, and i got it plus the Nagant one. Now, is this a good comp? I'm gonna put speed decuck in the blue one when i get it
>>2517523 Tech Might's special tuning is dogshit garbage. You can't choose where the levels go, rescuing a civilian just gives you one level to your alpha until your alpha is level 9, then it goes sequentially to your beta, and so on. It gives you the levels directly rather than dropping cards as well, so the tuning becomes useless once your levels are maxed.
Put Tech AfO's tuning in that slot instead. It's a perfect fit for Mt. Lady. Move Support Nejire to the bottom right, the bottom two slots of each column on a PUR costume are level 4 rather than level 3, and since Support Nejire gives HP and GP, it'd just be straight-up better than the Momo tuning currently in that spot. You don't have any gamma damage tuning right now, so consider exchanging Momo for Overhaul (who is on character tickets now, get him if you don't already own him) or replacing Froppy with Rapidgo (who is also on character tickets). Having at least one damage increase for your gamma is especially important because your gamma is a multi-hit move, and the minimum damage increase per instance of damage from tuning is +1. This means for example, if an attack deals 10 hits, putting ANY kind of tuning on that attack increases the damage by +10 at minimum, which is often substantially more than the actual percentage value of the tuning.
Looks good otherwise. You also don't have any beta damage increases right now, but you'd have to sacrifice one of your red slots for that unless you own Mirko (in which case you could put her where Froppy is) but that's up to you.
Have they added more characters to the title screen saying the game's name? Latest one I remember hearing is Endeavor and that was season 2. Did they stop at some point? It's just weird because they obviously had all the character VAs say the game's name as you hear them in their trailers. I'm talking about Japanese voices but I don't know if it's the same situation for English voices too.
>>2518061 Yeah, the character had the voice lines in the files but for some reason they had it setup so only a few could actually say it, they finally fixed that this season.
>>2518069 Yeah funny timing you say that. Because I just heard Monoma say the name now. Glad they finally fixed it this season. I've been wondering for a while too lmao.
>>2518111 I mean, unless there's a different UI thing that got screwed up this patch, the font's the only standout issue/change. Coupling that in with the maintenance itself being so short, it definitely feels like it's addressing that.
>>2518099 >confirmed the issue a day after they've put the screenshots with bugged font in https://en.bandainamcoent.eu/my-hero-academia/news/my-hero-ultra-rumble-development-blog-vol-26 Mhm. Unless it's intended to be that way and only stuff like player names in main menu and in-battle UI that are currently bugged.
>>2515265 How do you connect the gamma after the second hit of her ground melee in that first combo? The bot always recovers as the gamma would hit them.
So, when Mirko's tuning says "faster recovery speed", it doesn't actually mean you can initiate a wakeup faster like her SA lets her do. What it means is that your movement speed increases during a recovery i.e. when you do a wakeup, you can cover a lot more distance to help you reposition. You can see it in action here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBVNQNlaJIw
This synergizes with things that buff movement speed, so a character who uses it with Acceleration/Rapid Deku in gamma mode will fly EVEN farther/faster when they wakeup, and Iida in gamma mode gets sent damn near to space. It's probably one of Iida's best tunings. I wanted to make a build with it and Acceleration, but there's only one outfit for it and I don't have it.
I LOVE SHIELD MOVES! I LOVE CHARACTERS PROJECTING GIANT BULLETSPONGE STUN WALLS THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN GO AROUND BECAUSE EVERY SHIELD CHARACTER ALSO HAS GREAT CLOSE RANGE DAMAGE!
>>2520672 It also works well with Ochako if she has her SPA up. Tech Mirios will love this tuning as well. Mirko tuning is going to be one of those tunings where the vast majority of the MHUR player base ignores it because it isn't most flashiest thing in the game but in reality its a pretty good tuning.
Only complain ihave with with Mirko is that her Alpha needs momentum added to it. Also she needs to be browner. Cunt is not as white as the other bitches, but she ain't tan either
>>2521094 This is a settings thing, theres a thread on zols server by some dumb bitch who hates black girls being made paler but multiple people show its just settings and if you have proper brightness she is very dark
>>2521094 >her Alpha needs momentum added to it It has momentum if you bounce off a surface. I think they deliberately added the air endlag to discourage players from just using it to fly through the air. She's a bunny, and players are incentivized to bounce around.
>>2521252 >Try boucing in a tiny enclosed area I don't understand. That's one of her best environments precisely BECAUSE she can bounce off of all the walls.
8 on this one, and the last match before the game shutdown was 5. Rapid Ochako might be a D-tier character, but that doesn't mean you can't pop off with her.
>>2520868 >her beta misses all the time I've heard that it's latency-based, but also its tracking just isn't as strong as her alpha. Just don't lead with beta, use it in the middle of your combos instead.
>>2521496 I have yet to see anyone bother with a different tuning set other than Accel/Embrittle. Accel seems to fun to give up, but what would be a good second aside form embrit? Fixer? Willpower? QFR?
>>2521570 Your options for the other slot are yellow villain, green villain, green, or red. She doesn't have any other costumes with blue slots. Her cooldowns are so low that she doesn't really need QFR. Divine Protection is nice, but it's nice on everyone. Revenge Support would give her a bit more survivability. I think your best bet is the red slot. Could do Annihilation, Perception, Willpower, or Quick Reload. My vote would be Quick Reload. Mirko has some trouble finishing downed enemies, and Quick Reload would let her just jackhammer them to death with infinite alphas, plus give her infinite mobility for the duration.
>>2522947 No, you're not. >Sometimes I keep it Are you sure you ACTUALLY keep it? I've had that bug once before, where my inventory screen showed a large bag even though I was just rezzed. But despite visually having a ton of slots, the game would not let me pick up more than 9 items.
>>2522952 It happened at least twice yesterday. I tried to pick up a large backpack because I just had gotten revived but I couldn't so I checked my inventory and I already had it.
Legitimately, I think Rapidkus are the only players that actually, sincerely annoy me/that I outright dislike completely. Consistently the most obnoxious imbeciles alive.
>>2521570 >>2521989 >>2524571 Actually, I just realized that Quick Reload only activates if you down someone WITH your alpha. Given Mirko's combo-styled gameplay, that may not be the majority of your downs, especially because Mirko's highest-damage move is her beta.
You can still try it out, but I wanted to mention that.
>>2526008 any time I see someone praise this map it's because grounded characters are useless on it and they can stay in the skybox shitting bakugo farts down 24/7, it is the ultimate skilless shitter map
>>2526008 If they refuse to remove maps they could at least do seasonal updates like USJ winter ver or something to make that horrible map moderately tolerable.
How kind of Byking to give dozens of players lobbies with only 2-3 human teams in them instead of making those players wait an extra 5 minutes so that they could all be gathered into the same lobby with no bots.
>>2527064 if i really had to guess and assume something other than "they're too stupid to realize it's off the entire time" i wonder if the dash or run speed somehow gets tied in to your aerial speed or whatever and they don't know how to make it work without that/being OP
God, Rapid Decuck is such a fucking nuisance. Whoever jp retard thought to make his Gamma unlimited, and also to give him a broken melee combo deserves to get fired. How that hasn't been merfed since whenever it came out is a mystery
rapid allmight having armor on his alphas is fucking retarded with the armor changes theres literally nothing you can do to stop him from just machine gunning you to death.
>>2527658 There is still a *bit* of counterplay, the super armour change mainly affected the alpha tether moves that can be spammed or come out quickly, Aizawa, Shinso, Tamaki (and deku's gamma for some fucking reason}. A lot of moves still go through super armour, any grabs that aren't those tethers (ibara's grab, red shiggy's grab, bullet deku's beta, red dabi's beta, ect) still snatch you through super armour. Both ochaco's can gamma can get past any armour (pretty sure that move has the highest priority in the whole game), and a few other moves that aren't really grab's but can stagger or knockdown even with super-armour like Mic's beta, rapid toga's direct gamma, asshaul's gamma (i think). The change is still insane, most characters are gonna struggle dealing with kirishima's hardening or strike kendo's beta.
