Looking like it gonna depend on my DO result, I'll aiming mostly for NP copies of characters i like though rather then new characters (they are still a decision fatcor though). Lady A is gonna be my Extra 2 slot, so if the Order Roll Result is her then that banner to hopefully push her to NP3 is a no brainer. and if both hits I'll probably use my SQ savings to just try to Push for NP4/5 on her Summer Rerun, but if she doesn't hit the DO the banner becomes fair bit less attractive since i really feel like Ruler Skadi doesn't benefit from Np+ in the slightest and i do not care for Ibuki, which leaves Arc as the "Consolation Prize", although an interesting one.

Similarly Vietwins Banner will depend on my MO result with the added caveat i'll be pulling on the Bakin rerun for the sake of LoboCoin (Last banner until the Avenger Summoning Campaign IIRC, and i should note this is taking precedence of the potential "Lady A Rerun" savings, i want Lobo to hit 120 before OC2) and she is my Rider DO pick, so while Bakin and Bazett are characters i like there is a non 0% chance Bakin could hit NP5 before the Grab Bag depending on "Luckfaggotry", Bazett is really good though thanks to Fragarach being so unique mechanically and befits from NP levels.

Honestly Morgan and Kiara/Castoria are probably my "Safe, But boring" options but even they will get pushed one way or another depending on the roll result.

So OC1 was ok I guess? I think I might have liked it more if I actually cared about india avengers or whatever the fuck it's called, but the non-india characters were cool.

I'd say the real devaluing of the CEs is that stuff is kinda "Lottery Meta" for most (Old) mat farming, they ARE nice if you are in a situation you are grinding for the mats to try to get them ASAP though, Like i finally upgraded Nitocris so i can Death Meme the QP Stormpod Quest and having the MLB'd Bone CE was still nice to get the bones i was missing because i missed some lotteries.

Honestly they should been like Beginning of Journey, Come MLB'd put the box, Fully leveled and with a cost of 3, people would appreciate them way more if that was the case. Or just have each set come with ONE type of CE so when you done each in a set you have a MLB'd copy instead of this shitty spread.

Dead week in general. Everyone picked their portraits in one day (nobody puts them on support). Everyone got or skipped Tonaelisc in one day. GSSR / Destiny rolls are kind of boring, no extreme happiness or salt.

/frog/ has their mystery niggas and the grand lancer debates but that's about it until Summer or jp Anni. I deliberately throttled advanced quests yet now I'm burning through them out of boredom.

The QRD is basically.

Berserker Castoria: one of the best ST-Berserkers/General Boss Killers, not the top on Ideal Single Turn Damage situations, but has high loopabillity and her Np comes with AE-Defense. Also comes with Summer Chloe on banner who is supposedly one of the best 4* Avengers. Good suite of Anti traits means she handles most Foreigners (Her Class Weakness) pretty well.

Ruler Melusine: People shill her, but she is ultimately a A-Tier NOOTRAL Arts Looper, Ruler Edition, Probably loses to Summer Ibuki (Who is getting a rerun this year BTW) in a pure meta sense but there is no shame in that, she is like Silver Medal of AoE-Arts Loopers right now i think? 80% charge BTW which means she can 100% charge herself with Append 2. Let's be real here, people are pulling her for Dragon Loli, the meta is probably just a bonus.

Also to add on Chloe, she is a Buster Support and has a built-in Order Swap (Sending herself to the last Slot like Crane, but better because it is a Skill and not a NP), and she won't be on the 4* Ticket coming up i think, so yeah, that banner is really good value with what is basically a new Meta Support for Buster (Not by replacement, but by Addendum due her built-in swap out).

The issue is that since the Banner is split 4* she is technically rarer then Berserker Castoria, and no Pity.

Fair, i was kinda overthinking the Charge since Buster Looping is generally the most appreciative of charge skills to gain Loopability and enables some that previously couldn't manage it for 6CE 90++.

But yeah, General Support that has high Meta Value coming up, hell the way she is 4* makes her arguably even better since that makes her marginally cheaper for cost and even easier to slot in for that immediate bonus.

Like i said, trash-nodes, so basically the same reason one would pick the 200FP Story Support Servamt and then not use it in a fight, it adds up, just like with Bond, when you can basically get 200FP (a pull) from a node that is just trash anyway but you have to do anyway that's good, But UNLIKE Bond there is no real "This Node gives a fuckton of FP" that you do three times a day.

Obviously having a FP Alt or 24 and having people on your friendlist picking YOUR Bond/QP Castoria (or whatever) for all their needs is more efficient, but you can do all of them.

Im still at a point where i CE Bomb and stuff so i still feel the need to pull the FP Gacha, And it indirectly translates to Mana Prisms to boot if you Burn 3* stuff, if at a bad rate.

IIRC:
5: 1% for a 5* Servant Card, 0.7% chance of that % to being the Servant, leaving 0.3% for spook.
4: Split: 3% of being a 4* 1.4% of that % of getting each Rate-Up leaving 0.2% for Spook.

That basically means that IF you pull a 5* you have odds in favor it is the Target but if you pull a 4* you are making a coinflip 50-50 each time (with a MINOR chance of a Off-Banner).

Basically, it is confimation bias. you are less likely to feel cucked by a Rainbow Sparkles then by Gold Sparkles. Plus, unlike 5* you don't get the Pity Safety.

She's pretty good. You can't go wrong with a solid 'zerker, especially early game.

Not very. There's certain high end content having the right servants is vital, but that's not really a big deal. And most of the "meta" is just based around the most efficient way to farm materials. So go for waifu over anything else, and maybe look into meta. Though I will say, for the free 5 star you get at the start, if there's no servant that jumps out at you, Zhuge Liang is an S-tier support that can help you out a ton.

For clearing the main game you can use entirely F2P servants and have almost no struggle if you're smart about it. The only two real reasons to pull are "I need help with this ++node/challenge quest" or "awooga awooga".

Well, there's Chole, who's on the banner with Zerktoria, Helena Blavatski in the general pool, Habetrot, who is unlocked in the friendpoint summon after you reach a certain point in the story, and Kintoki Rider, who is an old event servant you can buy with Evocation Leaves in Da Vinci's shop.

The 2 waifu summer banners have good units on them aside the 5 stars, MikoCer is a very fun unit due to buff extension, UDK Barghest can switch between single target or AOE NP, Chloe is a pretty good universal support, Suzuka is is the weakes of them but still a good unit. The Oberon banner is a fantastic support, but the 4 stars on it are not as good as the other limited banners and you can get them from the general pool if you'reinterested. Lancelot is the best of the bunch but you can also get Saber Hokusai with Evocation Leaves if you want a ST saber, and their damage is very similar (although if you go for Zerkertoria you might not need either). Tez is also a pretty good unit but you might want to get the limited 4 stars on the other banners first.

as far as 4*s go, the Evocation Leaf store has some pretty solid ones. Even the poorer ones will fill niches for you. Currently, the best of the released ones are:

Rider Kintoki - Whilst Ushiwakamaru is really good at 3*, Kintoki does have better stats as a 4*. He's just a really solid ST hitter in a class which is more focused towards AoE

Foreigner Mysterious Idol X - Foreigner is an interesting class and offers a defence against Berserkers. It's good because there are no others easy to get a hold of

Assassin Scathach - 3* and below Assassins are notoriously dogshit for damage. Scathach can do some damage to Rider bosses for you

Berserker Jeanne Alter - For a Berserker, she hits decently hard. Waifu factor carries hard too

Saber Hokusai - A good ST Saber is also required, Saber Elizabeth Bathory isn't bad either

Coming in the future, the welfares to keep an eye out for are:

Archer Chloe - She's just really solid. ST Archer isn't a lacking field, but she is better all-round than say Robin Hood, Billy or Euryale

Assassin Shiki - See Scathach above

Alter-Ego Mecha Elly - Not a massive requirement, but good for Anti-Foreigner coverage. More offensive than Xu Fu too

Moon Cancer BB - You can already get her by completing the side-chapter SERAPH, but she's one of a very select few that counter Avenger enemies

Lancer Yu-Mei Ren - Good ST Lancer with a great anti-male niche

Assassin Thrud/Hildr/Ortlinde - Unironically one of the best AOE Assassins in the game

Alter Ego Taisui Xinjun - I love the little guy, he tears waves with 1 big enemy to shreds

Saber Iori - A beast of a servant

There's others for coverage as well (Iyo and Da Vinci for Ruler, Mysterious Ranmaru X for Avenger and 9 Dragon Tattoo Elly for Pretender) but they're not as vital as the others imo

On the whole, don't worry about 4*s.3*s can be good enough to fill up any gaps

She's pretty much built for looping. Having a quick NP means you need to go with the Skadi's. Scáthach-Skadi and her summer version will do you fine, and her summer version is actually getting a banner within a week or so. You should only need 1 with a Skadi support, but having both means you can tripple Skadi and make it stronger, it's up to you. Best start grinding out those story missions.

Unfortunately she won't be back on a banner until January 2027. You do have chance to get her on the guaranteed SSRs, but that requires real world money and you only get one shot each time. I wouldn't worry about clearing out the shop. Aside from the CEs, ascension materials for the welfare, the gold fous, and a few late game mats (Ether Photon Converger, Obsidian Blade, Scales of Fantasies, and Eternal Ice), and since you're so early in the game the evocation leafs and maybe the Hellfire exp cards, you shouldn't need to worry about the rest as you'll get plenty as you play through the story. But, it's up you how you want to play it. As I said, you should be fine with 1 skadi and a friend support, and can always add to it.

By the way, for reference, here are the top support servants in their various categories, and what section to find them:

Buster: Koyanskaya of Light (assasssin), followed by Merlin (caster)

Arts: Alria Caster aka Castoria (caster), followed by Lady Avalon and Xu Fu (extra). Xu Fu is a 3 star you can get in the friend point summon, and I highly recommend leveling up her skills.

Quick: The Skadis as mentioned (caster and extra)

General: Zhuge Liang (caster) and Sima Yi (rider), with Zhuge Liang leaning more offensive and Sima Yi leaning more defensive

There's also Oberon (extra), who's shtick is gassing a servant up like crazy for a single turn, then leaving them completely burned out and useless for the rest of the fight

30 turns total. I could have done it faster if I remembered how much NP some skills regained for my lesser used servants.
The one thing actually disappointing is UDK. She felt so lack luster for the Saber node.
Marie only needed 2 turns of stalling to get CDs off from Fox NP cycling. Zerktoria really does change the game. Went with her, Fox and Merlin (F) for a simple kill.
Had to use 2 command spells to get NPs to fire off. And I mean if you have them might as well use them.

I found it pretty easy even with loading up so i had every single Bond CE, my take away is you can pretty much get away with 50% Charge CEs and class advantage for mos of the kdes, the real trip-ups are: The Twin Suns Node, The 3-turns Evasion node (Cause you won't see it coming in the team building menu) and of course Flare Marie. so that should be your prioritized nodes,n

I'd put your Castoria (You DO have an Castoria right?) on Flare as prio 1 for team building and make sure to overcharge her NP when it is used so it can soak the AoE attacks and Flares NP, then just have a hard hitting ST Arts. Summer Castoria is the obvious choice here if you have her. Im pretty sure you can just do immortal team here too.

That does make things iffier,I think Castoria is getting a Rate-Up this fall so you might consider going for her in the future, pretty sure she is still practically Top Dog in JP. There are gonna be more of these and having one of your own isn't a bad idea for when you can't borrow one (like this situation).

There is a lot of 20% but she still makes many farming teams work. She doesn't have any defensive utility (other than a crit down), which is the main difference between a 4* or lower support and a 5*, but the provided roster list included Merlin anyway. People used Caster Gil and Helena for years and Da Vinci has more buffs, in exchange for no skilled party np charge.

Arguable, on one hand they need more copies, on the other IF they get a banner you get a good chance from 10 pull making the guarantees align, provided it is a Solo 4*, but it IS still a lot of copies needed and there are a lot of 4* fighting for banner spots and it often being Split banners. Fujino got it rough but i think she been featured more in JP due the crossovers and Grand Banners.

There is a gamefreezing bug on most accounts regarding the 4* ticket for new servants. It persists even when closing the game.
Make sure you have your password and current transfer code ready just in case.
