Hey guys, decided to revisit GT again after 3 years cause I heard Beth got a new upgrade that's really good and she was my first and fav 3* ever back in the w11 release days. So I wanted to give her what she deserves
I just mythed her. I saw there are more hard content now, should I double down on one giga team and also myth Callie with Plague Doctor and Lilith/Karina to have one giga team that can clear stuff, or myth Eunha to start a basic team instead? I have to be picky cause the myth grind is just insane.
Btw I hear the game's in a pretty dire state? I did see so much shit has been changed it basically feels like a whole nother title. The UI is downright esoteric. And I fucking hate how they put a level cap on old worlds for no reason, one of my favorite things to do was replay the early story with my highest level unit.

Get Eunha and Daisy next if you want to have trio of best DPS, Tank, and Heal generalists. Other myth choices would depend on which kind of content you'd want to play, but those 3 are good everywhere.

Nah we're still fucked. As someone else pointed out, the game is still hanging on because Kong's overhead cost is insanely low considering they have like 10 people working on GT. That's why shit takes forever to come out and content drought is the norm and why AI is used. They never expanded when GT was doing well and failed to capitalize on making the game bigger because of it.
Considering guilds have been constantly merging for the past few years, even among the top ones, it's safe the say we're approaching a slow death. Which is also why they won't invest in GT anymore besides more cashgrab mechanics, and the spiral continues. Season 3 has been the worst it's ever been.

The Challenger co-op is difficult if you are doing it with lower level jewel. Next coop comes with next patch btw. A bit sad it doesn't have tutorial, but that's what guild and chat is for :)
The 3 gimmicks so far In coop are: 1.Poison icon (on top of your character), almost all enemeis deal poison damage and you and your party hit by it will take %HP damage overtime unless healer of the team cleanses it with heal ability. 2. Burning circles, you need to stand on them to remove insane defense buffs from enemies. 3. Shield grunts, you need to lure them into rocks and focus them with WS skills after shield breaks. I may be missing some other stuff, but those are the core ones. Also try to stand behind tank.

Well, new coop is 3 stages instead of 4. Not sure if it's good or bad. Though I'd say the non boss stages are more involved and have some kind of strategy need to them. The story feels unconnected to the rest though.
Also, arena PvP now has a handy bar below HP that shows skill charge, very handy. I still hate arena though.

I was using mumuplayer for about half a year to play (until a few months ago when I finally took a break) and never had a problem. What has gotten people randomly banned was the shitty anti-cheat being tripped ad-blocker apps/VPN apps/"game enhancer" stuff built into phones, etc. that was running in the background probably not even interfering with the gameplay in any way. Customer support won't even bother trying to save your account most of the time and just make excuses.

The difference being a valid lost account vs one that was automatically perma-banned by the anti-cheat (even if a false-positive). In cases like that they claim they don't have a way to unflip the ban switch or they won't even try sending it up the chain. Everyone just gets the blanket response that "it can't be undone and it's your fault" and they never provide the actual reason for the ban. Also, the community manager did official streams using mumuplayer for multiple streams (even saying the name and how great it worked all the time), but he probably got in trouble for that and now uses a phone setup. Officially you're not supposed to use an emulator, but tons of people do just fine. Most of the time it's people playing on phones that are catching the random bans so it's not actually an emulator thing, they just go with that as an excuse to not do anything.
