Global would be hard for server reasons and IP license stuff with all the collabs. Fan TL could work if it somehow still sticks after every patch, not sure how that would work though. But would need it to have enough things worth translating for a fan TL to be worth it. This would be worth it for a story and text heavy game but this isn't it.

Other games don't need great servers because most are essentially mostly single player experience attached to an online shop. Most the other pvp ones are turn-based and don't require good servers. Also, a lot of global games have some collabs but that's in much less frequency. Global really limits how many collab they can have.
