The presentation of this game is probably one of the best I've seen compared to other games in the same genre. Seeing other people in your map and in town in a nice touch, almost like an "MMO feel" (rightfully so). The game is very p2w though, but that is kind of expected with these type of games. If you just wanna watch numbers go up as f2p, you can, but at a much slower pace compared to someone who pays. You're both doing the same thing in the end anyways, chasing goalpost after goalpost. Also more importantly, you gotta pay to play fashionstory.

People have been saying that online grinding is better than offline grinding and it only gets better as your kill rate goes up, even if you have the monthly passes, but I'm not sure how much better it is.

I like this a surprising amount but not letting you customize your character at all without spending money is kind of crazy. At least let us select from like 3 hair styles and skin colors or something

I remember zombie mush being the first wall, then perion. Was stuck in orbis (map before nath) for a bit. Big damage boosts are from unlocking and upgrading the next tier of weapons (at Mystic T3 right now) and buying the equip hot deals.

You can run it on PC with Bluestacks or just play MapleStory global. But I would recommend waiting for maplestory classic to release in spring 2026. Classic is a remake of 2005 MapleStory which was an amazing game.

Yeah, we're in Bera-1 by the way. You need to be in the same server and number to join. The game automatically puts you in the newest server when you make a new character and there isn't a way to change servers. Wish they'd change that.

There is actually a way to join older servers if you hit the globe icon in the top right at the game title screen, you can choose which server to play on (its still region locked though, eg Bera is the NA world). There isn't a way to transfer a made character to another server though. It will make a new character if you do not have one on the selected server.

You're stuck with whatever class you choose. If you don't like the class you are playing at first, then you have to make a new guest account (dunno if there's a way to delete character) or make another character on a different server if you wanna keep the account. There is no reincarnation system as you level infinitely, at least no one has reached a level cap yet, if there is one.

How are y'all enjoying the Christmas update? I think it's pretty solid and I ended up dropping $30 on the new hot deal and event even thought I said I was going to be f2p from now on. I got the Zakum helmet and eye patch on my first 5 runs. The event jump quest is fucking annoying though. I'm gonna try again tomorrow.

My first run of the Zakum fight were splendid. I died three times, but it was only a practice run so I got no rewards. Now I keep getting matched with absolute fucking retards who eat up 5+ revives within the first half of the fight as fast as they swallow glue, and I haven't been able to clear a single fucking fight so far.
I do like the Happyville event, and it's nice we get a free outfit.

How do you even do the double jump upwards instead of the one that projects you forwards anyways? You need it for the happyville stuff.
