It makes enemies more vulnerable to single-target damage. Doesn't boost summons, doesn't boost AoE attacks including things like Cloud's DQ sword or Seph's 6 month sword which get a boost in single-target situations. Since it is a debuff to be inflicted and not just a buff, enemies will not get it if they have veil or if they are immune to that status which no boss currently is, but that was true of enfeeble once too.

The new esc sucks. Only yuffie can beat esc 25

Before Crisis was a big seller for me too. Like why would I give a shit about a demake of CC or DoC when I can just go play the real version of that game?
