Agreed, somthing better than this 1,3Ghz Odroid device at least

How is this?

For me a smartphone is not a substitute, but a complementary platform. Some games I prefer to play on PC, and some are best on mobile.

Android gaming needs to improve so I can escape Windows

Mobile gaming is already indistinguishable from PC gaming. Most of the gacha which dominates this board is available on PC, and now we have shit like Warframe and Final Fantasy on mobile the overlap is close to 90%, especially for bigger titles.

Can’t make a thread so posting this here:

Recently got an iPhone 17 Pro, and I haven’t really touched mobile gaming except for emulation. Any standout titles? I don’t really favor any specific genres, although I’m really not a fan of games that revolve their entire conceit around being mobile games. Monument Valley and Mini Metro / Mini Motorways, for example.

Also, I’ve never played a gacha game before, but two stand out to me: Zenless Zone Zero has so much personality and flair in its art direction and visuals. And Persona 5: The Phantom X just because I’m a fan of the series.

Any of the big gachas will be fine until you learn what you like and dislike about them specifically. Just pick one with characters you like and a gameplay style you don't mind and go with it. ZZZ is fine. Persona 5 is probably fine too but I don't know shit about it despite playing it for a few hours, just be wary that smaller games are more likely to EOS.

You want to play on mobile but hate mobile games? Stick to ports and emulation, then.
