>>1946631 it has been 875 days since release, so if that's your typical playtime then you're probably at 2k hours by now
this also makes it clear that the stats I have from google play are completely wrong, since I've played almost every day since release and that would make my daily average less than 5 minutes
>>1948244 For elements that arent fire i use fulgur anja helm instead. I’ve been trying to get special boost driftsmelts but driftsmelting still fucking SUCKS.
>>1950010 how is NOW the only mh that makes almost every armor piece useful in some way? the variety in set building is so good. too bad it takes a month of dedicated effort to build anything new.
>make the 2nd riftcharged monster (partbreak immune) a monster whose entire shtick is that you break his parts so he isnt cancer what the fuck were they thinking
DB has become my most used weapon cause of this shit. I only use gunlance for 10 stars and some 9 stars now.
>>1959803 Driftsmelting will continue be a giant pain in the ass for as long as you can't throw away multiple in one action. I've been trying to get special boost for 2 months now. Driftsmelting events are so shit too because they replace most stones that I want with the event specific one that's always a skill that's only worth a shit if you walk around for 500km in one week grinding out those stones.
>>1965773 unfortunately not. they played music from tri, mh4, mhgu, world, iceborne, wilds, and even the meownster hunter minigame. nothing from rise but I guess they didn't have any vocalists.
>>1965773 that back break is pretty funny. I've started to build the set you posted but I'm going to need to kill a lot of wingdrakes. and malz legs are not an option at the moment.
>>1968943 If you are using that site you can use its dps calculator, also it just looks underwhelming, the ammo on both poison and paralysis shots are too low. But if you like it and it allows you to kill 8 stars on time, should be fine.
Shield tackle have been a lot of fun, finally enjoyable to Lance in Now. Insta-block is cool too, really liked Adept lance/GL in X/XX. But for my elemental lances I'll stick to Tackle
Made this mostly for fun with the insta-block, Diablos Lance
>>1971694 It's like the one mobile game in existence where microtransactions are purely for shitters to keep playing, or to pay2skip
If you don't mind spending $10 every 3 months, you can get a lot of value out of Season passes.
It can be extremely grindy based on what goals you set but in the past few seasons, the game started being a lot less abusive getting into for latecomers through its events.
>>1971668 I just started the game and it gave me these weapons for basically free and they are much better and easier to upgrade than other things. Is this some sort of catch up mechanic? >>1971856 Mostly just trying it out and seeing if it's good for my lifestyle (doing a lot of walking around while traveling). I played thousands of hours of monhun across multiple platforms, but im done with pc gaming for now.
>>1971898 yes, it seems the game cant sustain itself on its predatory system and koreans anymore so they are making it easier for newcomers to get weapons
>>1971898 >Is this some sort of catch up mechanic? Yeah. We have events for a couple seasons now with reduced materials needed, but this Hope one is insane even compared to those
A pure raw weapon only gets you so far though. You won’t be able to kill most 10*s with it. I don’t mind it as a longterm player because this is a nice jump in progress for my autism goal of getting all gold G10 weapon medals (10 G10s each) but I didn’t even think of how this ruins the new player progression
How do you guys play this game? Do you use a GPS spoof pilot thing to walk around? Or do you take it easy and just play it "normally"?
Im trying to get into the game but there is only like 10 minutes max stuff to do every couple hours unless im actively walking around.
Do you use the 20 dollar a month hunting pass? Seems kind of funny they charge that much. It should be 5 dollars max. Everything in the shop is overpriced by at least 4x imo.
>>1972272 Yeah as a new player it renders all normal progression in weapons essentially invalid. However the armor progress is still there, but its not nearly as satisfying.
>>1972313 > Everything in the shop is overpriced by at least 4x imo. Yeah unless something is priced down heavily like the Jho and Mizu quests right now i dont buy anything even though im sitting on 5k gems
I've been on vacation and haven't been able to play much but there's a lot going on with this event. the mizu feature gives me hope of finally crafting a 10.5 water weapon, and the hope tickets will allow me to finally unlock a weapon style. does anyone know how many tickets it takes to fully upgrade a hope weapon? mhn.quest doesn't have the event info.
I had a chance to try riftborne barioth but I ran out of potions right away. he's really difficult to see at night! I want trial quests back.
>>1974313 It makes sense because it’s closer to the bottom of the screen so less one-handed finger movement needed but it’s sure annoying to get uses to after years
I'm almost out of tokens and don't want to use another paid potion good hunts maybe it's better to communicate in the game chat? I don't know how useful that is
>>1978452 I recorded the last few hunts but my pov is not very interesting
>>1979597 When do we get that + a cat minigame so we can flex our cat’s fit to each other… like safari where they get sent out to gather stuff for you but you lose the ability to auto gather gathering mats on the map while they’re gone
Oh the set I made for killing small monsters is so cracked out on thunder attack i can easily kill 8 stars with G2.1 weapons. Time to flood the leaderboards again
If interaction radius was 50% larger at all times, I'd probably play this more. Whenever there's an event where it is for a week, I binge this game, only to barely return to it every couple months once it's over.
>>1980220 I can definitely do better than that but it beats the 75 second current G2.1 CB record vs Somnacanth so I'll leave it up
>is it not optimal to charge the shield? AEDs have much less animation commitment and better accuracy than SAED
You can see how inaccurate SAED is in this one on my 2nd spec around 1 minute. Because lock one doesn't make you pivot mid animation, even a slight monster position adjustment makes you miss half your phials. The physical hit from AED is also that you're bettter off spamming that on top of charged axe attacks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61QIHFbiZnU
>where's the leaderboard again? it's there actually a category for 2.1 weapons? There's a time attack and low grade category for each of 8, 9, and 10 star https://mhn-leaderboard.pages.dev
I swear, this game tracks if you're stationary, and spawns monsters in just outside your reach if it thinks you are to try and bait you into buying wander shit. Had a remote work day today, and for 3 hours in a row when I checked it, there were no monsters in reach, but multiple with a wander orb. One time, there were 6 in an almost perfect hexagon, just within reach of a wander orb, but outside my actual reach
>>1982511 >>1982514 Thanks for the hunts. This is around the time for my commute to work, so on the tram and crossing streets etc, so I'm probably a bit distracted, and/or not in this general. So no need to wait for me, I'll try and join when I can
>>1982519 Oh yeah im never ever switching out of that. Maybe once i gold’d my last 3 weapons ill get tired of monotonously destroying monsties with DB and I’ll look for something new. CB is still very satisfying to use…
>>1984707 Fuck this shit btw i keep getting random invites and theyll always hijack my friend quests. Im thinking of unfriending the locals i have on my list to be mhg exclusive
>base has been stuck on level 1 with 1 HaT left ever since we switched over to only EDI There needs to be some sort of tweak to this shit, if you're gonna give us 2 weeks of only elder dragons, at least waive the other ticket requirements.
I finally have something like the King set I'm using the wreaths because they have the highest raw of any of my dbs even at 10.2 (and the para is nice)
>>1985764 Good job cant wait to para/partbreak lock monsties together
When you're at empty demon charge and stunned from a roar, you can SP before the forced transition animation. Unless you iframed the beginning of Magnamalo's roar, it's just enough time to hit SP to not get hit by the blast
I need some quick advice, I'm using Legiana DBs with C. Pukei, Goss Harag, Goss Harag, Legiana and Lagombi, I would get Ice Attack +6 if I get the Lagombi to G6, what would be better instead of the Lagombi pants?
>>1987779 I'm assuming you have an ice atk driftsmelt on another piece that will get you to ice atk +5? otherwise the advanced ice atk stops working. the obvious answer is kushala legs if you can get them to G6. after that silver rathalos. if you don't have either then just kulu legs probably.
>built in input lag that forces you to eat damage >60 cents per potion >have to play for months or spend $200 a week to progress to current content level
>>1990952 >input lag I don't know about this. in any case none of the monsters are so spontaneous that a bit of input lag should make a difference. they literally glow red before attacking. once you get the hang of it 5 potions/day is plenty.
>>1991050 Maybe he’s talking about animations locking him in place. I’ve noticed a new subset of casuals in gaming who can not comprehend anything that isn’t literal buttonmash faceroll mobileslop.
>>1992391 Thunder attack + advanced thunder attack 2, fighting spirit 3. I’m gonna get vital thunder 3 going as well to see if i can pump up the numbers. I just hit Tigrex and Viper Tobi for 9.7k x 4
Whats the optimal way for building the extract meter? Just hit until i get 3 bars on my bug then do an extraction? Perfect evades get you 3 instant extract charge so i guess PE spam would be optimal
>>1992757 the mark attacks also give you a stamina point so you should only build 2 stamina and then mark attack. you need 8 total for the buff so do 3 + 3 + 2.
also note that the bug hits once for each stamina point so once you are powered up you still want to gather stamina. and the SP will fill your stamina but only if the bug is not currently attacking. perfect evades are good but it's not that big of a deal with Power glaives because they only have 3 points.
of course you will not usually be attacking a training dummy and so dodges will be part of the rotation but I think it's best to avoid aerial attacks entirely unless you have an aerial kinsect. maybe with skyward it becomes good though...
I notice that the diving wyvern attack will trigger the powder attack 4 times instead of the 3 you get with a grounded marking attack. so I would power up, build 3 stamina, and then vault into diving wyvern. or even better, just use SP as soon as you power up.
jumping advancing slash does not increase powder damage btw
Specing gives an instant 3 extracts while also deploying the bug so maybe its optimal to use it immediately, depending on monster’s roaring habits (if they roar super early just wait for that first i guess)
>>1992890 I think these 10k hits are from valor + fighting spirit, replacing valor with vital thunder shouldnt be a huge comparative boost. This is valor 3 with 700 raw boost, vital thunder 3 at 120HP from daily cheers and built in health boost 1 from thunder anja chest would be 960 elemental boost. And this is while ignoring the unreliableness from requiring max hp to get that boost. Also the spec bar fill from valor is still undefeated in utility, with how much it synergizes with fighting spirit, and gives instant 70% progress to another 50k damage nuke
>>1992904 >if i get 2 more fighting spirit smelts for +15% damage and rift upgrade my glaive fully for +15% more damage, ill be able to hit nearly 100k spec nukes on shit like jho and kushala Salivating rn
>>1994491 yeah i managed to get it filled up once and the game just didn't care after walking for an hour i found 2** monsters at best and they all die too quickly to get it fully filled up
>>1994510 i'm at "chapter 2: shimmering swamp" and hr19 zooming all the way out most of the large monsters i can see are all 2* with like half a dozen 1*, three 4* and one 5* sprinkled in but they're pretty far away none of them are 2* kulus which i need for the quest headpiece, i retardedly crafted the dual blades before the headpiece thinking another 2* kulu was just a short walk away
>>1994514 higher star monsters will still drop low rarity parts. if you're looking for the rarity 2 part then know that you can get it from any rarity of kulu including 1*. you can look at the drop table for each star level in the monster guide.
the guide will also tell you which parts are breakable. each broken part gives another reward so it is a good idea to know what they are and target them. some higher rarity materials are only included in the rewards for certain part breaks (in addition to the base rewards).
>open the app 4 hours ago >empty map >"getting location information now" >check back in every hour >still does this >tried restarting the game and my phone multiple times, nothing works nice fucking game niantic
wanted to main dual blades as usual but ended up trying out ig and sticking with it since it's pretty fun, which armor sets would make it better? i haven't bothered making anything past the kulu set yet (all my mats went into upgrading the bone staff into a hard bone rod 1, about to overgrade it to a 2) also should i bother with hunt-a-thons even if none of the reward would help me? ended up doing and winning a zinogre one by complete accident and without chugging all my potions
>>1995313 Hunt a thons have global multiplayer with 2p HP scaling. There’s also extra rewards and usually 5 of the same monster, so if you’re looking to grind for specific monsters, its like 20 monsters worth of materials. Partbreak also scales down with player amount so at 4p its not uncommon to manage to break everything.
At 8* and 9* it also becomes and amazing source of R6 rares
>>1995313 most non-guarding weapons don't need comfort skills including insect glaive so just build damage right now you should try to make a weapon for each element and build armor that gives you elemental attack it's also a good idea to make only one armor piece per monster so that you can upgrade it without spreading your materials thin
>>1995499 kinda too late for that i guess, i'm copying the "burst set" from the recommended loadouts section (made the ig, head, chest and vambraces so far) i'm on the last insect glaive training quest and rathian is kicking my shit in in 1 hit 90% of the time
>>1995500 no problem anon. just something to keep in mind.
one last tip: some armor pieces have hidden skills that unlock as you increase their grade. for instance this wroggi helm shows that it will unlock driftsmelt slots as you upgrade it, but what it doesn't show is that a second point of power prolonger will be added at G6. it's pretty common for a 1pt skill to increase to 2pts or even 3, and there's no way to tell without looking it up online. apparently Niantic has never found a way to show this in the UI. I use mhn.quest for setbuilding and to inspect armor skills.
>>1995500 >and rathian is kicking my shit in in 1 hit 90% of the time add seregios to that list holy fuck >>1995514 this is what i have right now (i also have lv1 critical eye) at hr31
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5N5zqVv4lHo Why can’t IG be this fun in the normal games FUCK I spent the whole half hour hunting Riftborne Rathalos for fun
>>1995567 excellent run. those powder pops are so satisfying and the damage is insane.
but why is there only one pop after the SP at 0:35? I was expecting 4? also, does artillery really affect the powder explosions?
mhn insect glaive is fun but there are a lot of little things that frustrate me about it. in particular:
often I want to engage with leaping slash and instead the game will just rising slash and hit nothing or hit a shitzone I always want to end the combo with tornado slash but there's no way to purposefully do so I miss sidestep slash (wilds) and kinsect slash (rise) which add more maneuverability no way to forward dodge in midair so if the monster moves away the aerial combo is dead and finally, for all that the simplified buff gathering is nice, it still feels painfully slow for short hunts and I wish I could use the charged harvest attack to gather multiple buffs at once and get it over with
>>1995500 >i'm on the last insect glaive training quest and rathian is kicking my shit in in 1 hit 90% of the time finally killed this whore, i had to resort to my ultimate technique (basic pattern recognition)
>>1996778 Use 2k for a season pass, 1150 for one of those extra monster missions for free parts or wait until another 2k for season pass. Season pass value completely mogs any other MTX in the game
>>1996787 the premium plan, right? how long does the season last though? i'm only at tier 22 right now also which "extra monster missions" are you talking about? the "premium quests" are 2250 gems each if you're talking about the pass that adds an extra daily mission that's 24€ and i'd rather not spend above 10€ for any mtx
>>1996789 Yeah the premium plan. Current season will about 2 more months, each season is a real life season so 3 months >also which "extra monster missions" are you talking about? the "premium quests" are 2250 gems each i saw them go on a 1150 discount a couple times and that's when I got them when I was sitting on like 6k gems, cause I'm subbed to the extreme hunter pass. I wouldn't buy it if you plan on getting to another 2k for the season pass though
Also if you buy anything at all, buy it from the webstore because it offers slightly higher benefits than in app purchases
>>1996796 >Current season will about 2 more months, each season is a real life season so 3 months maybe i'll sit on the gems and buy the pass once when the next season rolls over (unless the current pass has some really good stuff?) >i saw them go on a 1150 discount a couple times and that's when I got them ah that explains it >Also if you buy anything at all, buy it from the webstore because it offers slightly higher benefits than in app purchases i checked the web store and they don't have the season pass plus the least expensive gem pack is 18€ on on the store and i'd kinda rather not but thanks for the heads-up MAYBE if i find myself playing the game more i'll sub to the 12€ hunter pass through the web store, seems way cheaper than buying 2k gems for the season pass even if you have to wait
>>1996800 >maybe i'll sit on the gems and buy the pass once when the next season rolls over (unless the current pass has some really good stuff?) They all have the same reward and the useful rewards go up to 120. Above that it's just small amounts of zenny and grinding pass levels for the love of the game
The primary carrot in the passes for me are the extra box space right at level 1, and layered cosmetics which are spread out all around the 120 levels.
There's also a couple Wyvern Gem Shards for like 15 total throughout the pass
I suggest just browsing through the list yourself to see if you can find something good. If you do every daily + weekly event quest, you should be able to hit like level 200 still. You can always wait until the end of the season -1 day and then buy the premium plan, and you will still get every reward.
>MAYBE if i find myself playing the game more i'll sub to the 12€ hunter pass through the web store, seems way cheaper than buying 2k gems for the season pass even if you have to wait Yeah that's the most cost effective MTX by far. If you only buy the premium plan it's just €4 a month while getting insane value.
>>1996812 >You can always wait until the end of the season -1 day and then buy the premium plan, and you will still get every reward. ah yeah, didn't think of that >it's just €4 a month >4€ ????????????????????
>>1997674 F, thanks for the hunts i spent all my scopes on seregios today and only got a single dissenter when I still need 3 for a G10 upgrade for that mission...
For Jho dual blades do you get raw or element bonus stat? It has burst as innate skill so this makes me doubt, also I use critical ferocity setup with burst, so idk if element or raw would be better. I only want it to cut tails.
>one month of fucking banbaro and somnacanth this may be the worst month of the entire game’s lifespan maybe ill participate in all 3 outbreaks and go for gold somnacanth, i need 450 more for that…

>>1999387 >Are you still in the preseason story uh yeah i started like a week ago >You can track a desert biome unique monster and it will count tho, like Basarios and Diablos i noticed that non-unique monsters don't count, i tracked plenty of monsters and the ones hunted in the desert didn't count
>>1999394 >but maybe it only applies for paintballed or palico tracked monsters… must've tracked nearly 80 monsters with paintballs and none of the desert ones counted :(

this is also straight from mh rise and adds a counter in sword mode that works just like longsword. this is pretty amazing for switch axe and definitely what I will be using (if I can scrape together enough rift materials).
>>1999415 today's a desert day so i finally got through it i checked game8 for the rest of the story quests and apparently there's only a forest-specific one in ch12 but i'm at ch11 part 2 and there's another desert one, guess they changed it at some point

>>2006708 after 8.5 you will still need 21 shards. unless this lbg is really important to you I would recommend that you use them somewhere else or save them for future weapon upgrades.
>>2006720 >after 8.5 you will still need 21 shards ah shit nevermind (sorry, didn't count) yeah nah grade 9 is fine assuming it won't take more shards to overgrade into it >unless this lbg is really important to you it does have insane damage for how easy it is to upgrade up to this point, too fucking bad it looks like that i shouted "fuck you get gnomed" on a walk and didn't realize there were people around
>>2006779 wouldn't it be better to reload? unless you can aim precisely while dodging mid-attack animation (would you even be able to attack in the middle of a perfect dodge?)
>>2006779 I don't think there is a consensus and people use both depending on the weapon. for lbg with slow reload speed the sliding reload will be especially good. you should try both in the training room and see what you prefer.
>>2006340 Nice, tried starting on it, but I spent all my Pukei stuff on a g10-3 SAx that I've never used. Grinding for scales will be tedious >>2006695 Lance, like in all the games feels a bit hungry for skills, you want at least G3 for some monsters, but after the patch it feels great to play. Instablock is really fun if you can get the all the timing right you won't, and shield bash is great I also agree that the DB is the retard weapon, in a good way
I almost never see anyone use the LS anymore, it used to be so popular
>>2007087 yep and then if you are online when someone posts a link quest it will notify you. Doshi and I think also Lurtch are EU. I am NA (Ayako). not sure about Ryoma. anyway if you want help with a marked monster then you can make a post here and someone will probably join (or just send the link invite, if you have friends online).
>>2006949 >Grinding for scales will be tedious I got lucky actually and hit a triple gem shard drop on one where almost every other drop was scales, so I got a nice fat 21 scales from one hunt plus 9 gemmies.
Still need like 70 more for G10, then 150 for G10.5.... I may even paypig for tracker scopes since my ultimate goal is every gold medal and I'm gonna have to if I want to get every gold monster medal, anyway, unless I want to be timelocked for 5 years.
Since we have Riftcharged Girros I'm gonna first wait to see monster lineups for Upgrade Rush monster lineup cause maybe they'll put in Coral Pukei there.
>>2007087 I can add it to the pastebin if you want, can you screenshot your guild card like picrel and are you US or EU timezone? https://pastebin.com/XP6sttUq
>>2007482 the weird thing is that I was very careful to invite only you/lurtch/ryoma, but the people who joined are random friends of mine. it's like the game sent out invites by itself...
Hoping I can complete the Gnigger blaster before the event is up, but man, the game is busting my balls on WGS, and 10.X is always the longest stretch as is. Plus, I have a few other things I really want the WGS for.
>>2007860 I didn't even GET an invite, I just checked it at one point because it looked like I had way more completion than I thought I should, and I was already in yours.
>>2007482 >>2007495 I got the notification to join Ayako when I logged in this morning, but it was probably way after And fuck, sorry Doshi, I saw that I only had like 30 godbugs left, so when I saw a spot open for it I joined it, only to realize that it was for group hunnts, which I never join And now there's Elder Dragon hunts only, hopefully friend links will help a bit now
>>2007903 How many do you have now? Got like 70 now
>>2007913 don't worry, you guys are my only REAL fake friends...
>>2007949 the melee weapons all have wex which is pretty much good on anything. idk much about bowguns but the ammo looks pretty good on both of those too. note that the cb has impact phials which are not ideal.
>>2008080 >I save them in case I need an extra kill to unlock my tracked monster. yeah that's what i've used them for so far do they reset every season?
>>2008035 > the zones rotate every day right? Every 5 minutes. Its on every minute 0 and 5 during an outbreak, but outside of outbreaks it seems to be random depending on some other timing, maybe the time where you opened the app and the game loads in a riftborne spawn?
Paintballed riftborne monsters always have it stuck on the location it had when you tagged it
>>2007913 > And fuck, sorry Doshi, I saw that I only had like 30 godbugs left, so when I saw a spot open for it I joined it, only to realize that it was for group hunnts, which I never join Dw i had the same hard quest and everyone else was doing easies.
>>2008125 >Did you equip the set under the event tab for crit ferocity 5? can't make it... >Did you style customize it to get even more damage on it? haven't unlocked 8* monsters yet so it won't let me...
Got 10.2 Gnigger Blaster, unfortunately, my dry streak on WGS continues, and I only have 1 left in the shop, and I'm a bit of a ways away from tier 100 still. Definitely have to do the charge blade stuff now if the dry streak keeps up like this.
Spring festival upgrade tickets (the rarity 2 green ones) don't have any use after you make a 10.5 weapon, right? I've already got 200 more than I'll need to fully upgrade it, and was preparing to throw them all out because I'm short on box space, but wanted to check if I could, I dunno, use them for style customization levels after or something.
should i switch to the rose assault set once i get the kirin legs? this is what i have right now (regios helm/chest/legs, rathian arms and zinogre coil) but it was supposed to be a ig set for the regios ig lol (still don't have the viper kadachi coil/legs for that but i'm working on it)
played this on release and dropped it not long after. recently started again and I see that switch axe my beloved is available. is there a good raw switch axe I should go for, or stick with elemental?
>>2009981 element is going to be better until the very late game because the element attack skills are so strong. it is in your interest to build one weapon of each element. barroth is a good raw weapon.
>>2009981 Magnamalo is probably the easiest to max out because of how often he’s a spotlighted monster. Once that’s at G10.5 you should work on a set of elemental ones.
>>2009990 Yeah their dps is ass, demon mode dodges are lethal if you dont hit perfect evades, you can get fucked by forced animations easily if you overcommit. All its good for is special partbreaker + valor bursting lower difficulty monsters or meme status sets where you spam the demon mode side dodge
>>2009992 >Yeah their dps is ass, demon mode dodges are lethal if you dont hit perfect evades, you can get fucked by forced animations easily if you overcommit yeah exactly what i was thinking
>>2009992 >>2010000 (but also you know, the whole thing about not being able to move freely with the weapon that has the highest mobility in the franchise)
game's shitting itself and won't get my location again was sorta fine for a week (as in it took up to 5 mins to lock on but no more) and now it's shitting itself again
with the sliding reload style you can only reload by sliding, and tapping when your ammo is empty will instead lock you into a failed reload animation. kind of like the swaxe when you try to morph without enough gauge. it's a fun minigame even though I accidentally get stuck a lot. when you do it right every time it feels very powerful.
>got told that having 4 gathering spots near my house is really lucky (i can reach 2 from where i'm sitting right now) >actually went around town for once >there's basically fuck all in comparison except another lucky spot with 4 accessible at the same time if your range is boosted) why don't they just port over the pogo stops?
>>2011458 >had 3 spots reachable from my home in the first half year >after that half year they removed 2 of them for literally no reason >left the one landmark that's been demolished 5 years ago in bravo
>>2011546 that works for me. I need basically everything but if you want a list... any riftborne arzuros astalos quematrice mizutsune chatacabra viper kadachi
>>2011563 I'll set my tracker to Chata when we do the hunts cause I'm looking for those too. Not sure if any other ones you mentioned are even alive right now...
I just woke up from a dream where doshi visited my town and we hunted a green diablos that had an infinite timer but would become stronger and faster as the hunt progressed
also you were brown and hawaiian and were engaged to aira lol
>>2017518 >no double range >no double small monster mats >no tickets for free money >no double rewards for first 2 slots >no event tokens to dopaminemaxx Suffering At least HaTs are back
>>2017549 The rest of them are definitely nice bonuses and would get me playing more often during their duration, but the range lets me actually play the game.
>adding saxe styles >weapons use world models, which fucks over saxe extra hard Pain. Guess I'm making something other than glavenus saxe for the next base defense.
>havent opened the game since crimson desert was released >open spoofing app >open game in tokio >greeted by a million event notifications >apparently girros is riftborne or something >kill it a few times >get a zinogre bracelet or something >close game somehow the game doesnt feel as good as before
>>2018793 there has been a lot of good content added like insect glaive, cb styles, and friend link hunts unfortunately you just missed a great spring festival event definitely try out ig if you have not done so. there are several different playstyles based on the bug properties.
>another exchange hub event >great wroggi material right as I'm building the set up to 6 for layered >on the week I've got a friend from out of state visiting and won't really be playing at all
>>2035628 >>2035628 Puzzle head lurtch. And I did the event up to 10* khezu yesterday. Just had a few mins free in the office. Thanks for the hunts, I try to join whenever I see you post
>went camping for a week and lost my login streak back to square 1...
>>2035755 all your damage buffs are percentages so I think some flat dmg would be good? but I can't actually think of any smelts that give flat atk except for element. uh maybe dauntless or morph boost.
Just realized the gold outbreak medal is effectively a 3 year long timegated one if calculating from release, or 2.5 year long with the current event schedule
>>2038924 I have no idea what's going on, but sure. And I am a tribaby >>2038760 Did it all alone, again, in my closeby spot. I could have travelled downtown, but eh. Got 20 kills before stopping
>>2041437 >s rath weapon has two crit elem wow looks pretty great. idk what the math is like but might it not be better to have more affinity in the set?
so if I host a friend link and then leave the hunt before it is completed... does that consume the marked monster or no? seems like you could use this alongside a friend to farm rare monsters
