Glaceon's stat distribution is better than Flareon's, it needs a better Ability (one that's not reliant on snow) and a better movepool, a good Special Water attack like Surf. Most Eeveelutions (and Eevee too) have shitty movepools.

I still don't know why the Eeveelutions only have 2 Abilites when Eevee has 3. In Flareon's thread I said Fur Coat would suit it.

Eevee is the weirdest shillmon I've seen, Normal type Pokemon learn different elemental shit, like Meowth learning Thunderbolt, Sentret learning Flamethrower, Buneary learning Ice Beam, etc.

But Eevee, a Pokemon with a genetic composition that can make it evolve into several different types, have a very shallow movepool, probably because they don't want to see Glaceon using Flamethrower, Flareon using Ice Beam, etc, but still...
