Headlong in Japanese refers to the clash that happens between sumo wrestlers at the start of a fight, but apparently it's also a pun that sort of ties it to punch moves, hence why Iron Fist works with it, and also why Hariyama learns this move.
It makes perfect sense for Golurk to get it.

I'm happy with the mega! I would just wish Gamefreak wasn't so incompetent. Ever heard of particle effects? Fucking hell. The plasma/energy bursting out of the shell looks terrible. Imagine what it looks like in the style of the Detective Pikachu film.
