How ironic. A character that retconned her way into Ash's life gets retconned out of existence herself, her love forced to fade into the background permanently as Ash makes out with Dawn right in front of her. A pity that XY couldn't satiate the focus groups no matter how hard they tried to make it dark and serious, yet DPP did all those things and succeeded.
