Mega Abomasnow has always had a very thin niche of assuring weather. The main issue being that Hail sucked, and it hasn't had a game to do Snow yet. Also Snow kinda still sucks.
Calling it good is a mistake, but it's not "useless".

Nope. Victreebel’s worst case is survive 1 hit by just 80% or 90%, then Innards Out does nothing. This being more common since Victreebel gets more defenses and can actually survive some strong moves.

There is. Mega Emboar can run Bulk Up while having similar bulk to AV Emboar. It’s very fringe, but it’s at least a reason to use it. And you also have a higher weight stat, making Heat Crash more consistent.
