It's such a rare genre, it's a bit improbable Dreamcast has 2 such games (which I'm playing the fuck out of lately). But, what games of this type exist on other consoles? (Pilot a submersible, do salvage & combat missions, buy upgrades for ur sub)

Would this game count?
Also check out Aquanauts 2 on PSX if you can tolerate JP only. You can probably get by with little nipponese knowledge.
