I loved GTA2 as a kid and played the shit out of it all the time. These days it feels kinda rough to go back to, but I certainly did find it fun.

it's pretty easy if you front load your save game with cash by grabbing a few multipliers and then doing a tank frenzy and then just annihilating as much shit as you can

Played the game a ton either before or shortly after GTA3 dropped. Had a ton of fun with it. GTA3 obviously changed the game completely.

it's ok, though I preferred GTA1
GTA2 is an easier game with a bit more difficult missions. at least you can retry them in one playthrough. in GTA1 there are a few really difficult missions, but they're usually shorter, and in many cases the difficulty is from the game itself rather than mission's complexity (it's just easier to die in GTA1). also you can attempt each mission only once per game in GTA1

I only played gta/london/gta2 on psx and the stable zoom of gta2 makes it far more fun to play than the jittery gta camera on 1. I wonder if it's different on pc
