Lucky and Wild, I guess? Sniper games like Silent Scope and the Golgo 13 game.

Various mechanical arcade games.
Panic Park.
Pinball machines that aren't super common.

Id say this wins for hard to access games because there is no functioning cabinets right now and the rom was never dumped. Though this is a novelty form factor rather than a lost game so that is a mark against it.
Last I heard there is some jackass hoarding a bunch of parts for this and wont sell or dump any of it.
I have played this exact one in the image.

Pretty much any arcade games that are light gun/rhythm/have unconventional controls or gimmicks like Lucky & Wild

In the early 2000s I had the opportunity to buy a Silent Scope arcade cabinet for under £200. I fucking regret passing it up

Always been fascinated by these combo video game/electromechanical things like Golly Ghost:

Never heard of this game, looks pretty cool. The blend of the real diorama an video on top looks pretty unique and works great even today.

>regret 90%++ of the retrogaming things I didn't buy
>some catastrophically so, as in things which I have NEVER seen for sale in the 10+ years since, or things which I could have sold for thousands in profit
>probably 90% of the retrogaming things I did buy, but quickly regretted, could now be sold for profit
I'm sure many people in the game collecting sphere have similar experiences.
