I know someone must've been buying these games since they kept making them but I didn't know anyone who did. Were there really people out there excited to pick up the new Army Men game whenever a new one dropped?

Is the RTS worth it at all? It's one of those games that occasionally comes to mind but I'm never quite curious enough to actually give it a try.

I remembered enjoying a demo of this as a kid but when I played it through about 7~ years ago it felt like an average RTS game. The plastic reclaim mechanic is just... okay. Nothing quite got me hooked on it to ever want to give it another try.

I don't speak for everyone but I only played this series on PlayStation magazine demo discs and wouldn't be surprised if that's a common experience
